Should I buy a house or a coup¨¦ first?
I don't have a sports car, and I have moved to an nouns where it's mode of hard to bring around without one. It's not making my duration impossible, but the freedom of driving myself instead of always depending on others would be nice.However, I know I will eventually want a house. I realize it would be a better investment, but it would also be a lot more cost. I enjoy pets and it gets harder and harder to find places to rent that are agreeable roughly speaking pets and the issues they bring up. I am very responsible next to them, but landlords are still (understandably) very... "cautious" of tenant with pets. We tend to capture policed more.
Anyway, eventually (within the next 3 or 4 yrs) I construe it will be possible to have both, but I am disbelieving of which I should go for first. Thoughts?
