Can anyone tell me if you can use a Maestro Debit Card to withdraw cash from ATM machines in Canada?

Answers: generally a debit card is a debit card. you will have to pay service fees through the machine and your bank.

as long as your card isn't a debit/ credit card you should be okay. debit credit cards generally won't read the debit here, it will read as a credit card.
Check with your bank.

I went to Vancouver and tried it with my card without success.
Yeah you can use it but give us a ring first to let us know that you are going because other wise they will put a fraud maker on the (You will more than likely be charged to use the card over there as well)

May work out better for you to use a credit card?
(sometimes you get free withdraw with the HSBC one ( not too sure about that though) lol
You cant use maestro in Canada. Canada is one of the only countries you cannot use your card to switch anything. Very strange i know, however you can withdraw cash from the atm machine in Canada using your maestro card. Do what i did and open a basic bank accountwith either of the following bank of scotland / Halifax, Woolwich, Barclays or lloyds tsband get a visa electron card whichyou can use abroad. You dont even have to change your bank account to get this account opened a there is no nterview process because itsa basic bank account. But his will come in very hand in Canada as it has done or myself.

Green Dot return?

I purchased a green dot thingy with the activation number on it. I haven't call to activate and haven't recieved the actual card. I be wondering if I could get my money final though, because going through the activation thing is a problem for me, especially since I'm three years underage. So can I basically call them and speak I would like my money subsidise?

Answers: No, they will not honour a refund. If you are three years underage you could hold your legal guardian be a inferior on the account, basically call them up to motivate it (rather then activate it online). That is what I had to do seeing is that I be also three years underage at the time I received mine. Best bet is to call GreenDot up and ask them intuitively if they would be able to honour a reimbursement, if not, prompt the card with a official guardian as a secondary (your mark will still be the primary account holder as capably as on the card itself) use the money you already put towards it and just undo it after the funds have depleted. Just check it out beside GreenDot themselves, that would be your best bet. It is possible that you might be able to take a refund but I am pretty sure that you will not be capable of. Below is the number to GreenDot's customer service line, they should be capable of fully answer/resolve your questions.

How can I clear $100-$500 online?

I work full time but would like to kind a little extra on the side similar to 100-500 so I can bang out a few more bills than near my full time salary. Is in that anything anyone has tried and have actually worked? I wouldnt mind doing surveys, typing forms etc..

Let me know what you own come up with, thankfulness in finance.

Answers: Find clients for an overseas investment company. They will pay you large comission (1%) for each party referred.
1% from $10,000 is $100 and you could find hundreds of clients each month. Lot's of associates will be glad to get 12% APY.
You owe me a drink. :-)
Good luck!
Surveys, forms, etc. are typically any scams or not worth the time. Be severely wary and skeptical of them.

E-bay and other auction sites work if you own stuff you want to get rid of and brand a some money.
do some surveys! you already know what to do. just G00GLE it. but the online surveys i know require you to discharge first. beware of scams though. goodluck! :D
