I basically need to formulate money for my College Fees...

Answers: Yes you can use your own site to sell items but construct sure your web host provides a SECURE shopping pushcart if you want to sell that instrument. The problem is going to be getting buyer to your site because most buyers go through traditional avenues approaching Amazon, Ebay, etc. If you have a site consider compiling a mail list of your target customers and make them with specials, word, and other offerings to get them to return to your site to check your "for sale" items. You want to focus on marketing... how to get the right customers to the right place at the right time to reimburse the right price. There are lots of variables there so build sure you FOCUS on what you are doing. Consider using Ebay to at least find your branding out there. If you set up a allowed business, your fees will be deductible as business expenses so that your tax credits alone will be a sweet little income for the expenses you would otherwise recompense out of pocket.

I need money, how do I get it?

Answers: You get a job and work for it. Like everyone else.
Seriously, you can always get a job or a second job to build up your emergency savings account (3 to 6 months worth); then quit the second job once you build up that ESA.

Then, try to earn a promotion at your present place of employment. Go and earn some certifications in your field to improve your credentials.

Lastly, if you keep your second job, then use that money (after you've saved for your ESA) for investing in stocks or mutual funds. Over time as those securities build up, you should amass enough assets to live off the passive income.

Or you could invent a really cool item, patent it, and sell it around the world.
Take out a loan?

No seriously try making money online. I use Shared reviews because they are paying $2.00 per review right now. You just write a bunch of really short reviews, have them send the $$$ to your paypal account and you are golden!

Find clients for an overseas investment company. They will pay you high comission (1%) for each person referred.
1% from $10,000 is $100 and you could find hundreds of clients each month. Lot's of people will be glad to get 12% APY.
You owe me a drink. :-)
Good luck!

If a ccj registered on personal name and debt belongs to a limited company can i appeal it?

Answers: Yes you can but you have to have adequate evidence to back up this claim. When a person wishes to register a CCJ they have to apply to the courts, the courts then write to the person saying that they have a certain amount of time to either appeal, set up a payment plan or pay the debt in full, if they don't get a response then the CCJ will be registered. You will need to either contact the person/company who registered the CCJ or contact the courts.
Thats sounds like grounds for appeal but its unlikely to be an error. Perhaps you have given a personal guarantee for the debt.
