ING Direct Orange Saving Account - Can I verbs funds put money on and forth to my regular wall stash justification?
I was looking to invest a generous sum of money with ING Direct online wall. If I do that and I happen to have need of money, can I transfer funds out of my ING sketch into my regular banks reserves account. How rock-hard is it, and how long does it take to receive funds. Any comfort would be greatly appreciated. Thank YouAnswers: You've gotten some good answers already. The ING Direct phone number is 1-8OO-ING-DIRECT; they should be capable of answer any other questions you may hold about how it works.

It's straightforward to transfer money between bank. It does take a few days for deposits and transfers to process.

I have an Orange reserves account. It's great. You can verbs money easily hindmost and forth from your checking account. It take 2 to 3 days to clear when I transfer funds from Ing to my Washington Mutual tale. It's never taken more than 3 days in the 30 or so times I own transferred money.
When you transfer money to your Orange nest egg account, they freeze that deposit for around 5 days... Meaning you can't transfer that deposit amount for 5 days. I believe you earn interest during that time.
I importantly recommend this account.
ING Direct is a great guard. Some of the highest interest rates you can find. Typically take 3-4 days to transfer at lowest with my experience. And they own no minimum. Good luck!
When custodian won't transfer, can broker require court order to transfer UTMA account to requesting 21 y.o.?
Answers: The broker CAN'T initiate a transfer without a court order. Even if they where REQUIRED to, if they don't, the only possible remedy is to get the court to order them to. In short, if they ask for a court order, your need a court order regardless of the law.
you'd have to have a power of attorney from the now 21 y.o. adult in order to try and get a court order. Or else s/he would have to file the action themselves.
Do I gather that there is some reason the 21 y.o. doesn't simply and directly ask the custodian for her/his property?
Has anyone lately declared ruin contained by Florida?
My husband and I are recently separated and due to financial problems are considering ruin. I feel as if we are man eaten alive by debt. We enjoy a house with no equity, two vehicle with no equity, and roughly $60,000 in debts (not including home and vehicles). Currently we are not astern on any payments but we are living credit card to credit card. Our income does not cover our current bills. I understand that you can save your house and vehicles if you state bankruptcy. If you own recently be through this I would appreciate any information or insight into the bankruptcy process.Answers: If you are serious, you should speech to an attorney. Many times they will provide the initial consultation for free or for a fixed fee. For the most fragment, you can keep cars and legitimate estate, however, you will be required to reaffirm the debt and continue to retribution your monthly payments.
