Regarding the "sub-prime mess", the money borrowed from the bank is still surrounded by the discount somewhere...

.so what is the problem aside from the obvious one for the bank, why should the rest of us bail them out?

Answers: The problem is the banks took the mortgages, package them together and then sold the debts to worldwide investors.

So, when a creature defaults on the mortgage, it ends up costing 2 or 3 companies money.

You can thank President Clinton and his Congress for removing the protections instituted after the Great Depression to preserve banks from doing this drastically thing.

Also, where on earth is the money? Many sellers took their money and rolled it into other homes and in a minute they are defaulting too.
The government is not bailing anybody out.
No rates money is being used.
The menace is that if the banks go amiss, they'll end up taking adjectives the savings accounts beside them.

It happened contained by 1929, and nobody wants it to begin again.

Crisis at work, inevitability recommend asap please!?

I've just received an email from one my supervisors describing me that he does not have my time sheet for concluding week for my payroll. He asked me to send him how lots hours i worked last week since none of my other supervisors even kept track of my hours. So, in a minute I myself do not keep history of my hours so what and I can't lie to him and narrate him I worked this X amount of hours last week since I hold no clue. So, what should I tell him when I email him put a bet on? I can't get a hold of my other supervisors at the moment (it's a sunday) and I do not know what to do? What humane of email would you send an a situation approaching this? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Answers: Back track, how plentiful hours did you work on Monday? then how oodles on Tuesday and so on. Do not say you don't know. It is your responsibility to hold on to your hours. Your check could be wrong and you wouldn't know.
If you work at a place like an department, just roughly estimate the time that you achieve there respectively day = a
after find the time that you usually leave=l
Find the time that is inbetween the two=h. Find howmany days you usually work within a week=d and multiply h * d = how long you worked! I hoped I helped!

I would only just tell him the truth - that Person X have always kept track of your hours for you, so you hold no separate accounting of your own. Would he like you to provide an estimate? Perhaps he can get Person X at home for verification?

This sounds approaching a very broken process to me. Isn't within some system, somewhere, where this information is record? Is it a paper timesheet that get faxed somewhere and that can be faxed back? You've get email but nobody has an electronic narrative anywhere?

Weird.
There's no reason to flop. Just try to remember what days you worked, and how many hours you worked respectively day. Get the calendar out. Try to remember what you did respectively day. It's tricky, but you can at least try.

If you aren't 100% sure how heaps hours you worked, but know you worked at least a particular number (say you remember doing 3 8-hour shifts, that's 24 hours you can account for) err on the side of guardedness and just convey them the days you know you worked. If you can't remember whether you worked certain days, only just omit it.

It is better to miss a few hours of recompense out of honesty than to obtain extra pay cheque unethically. You will at least remember some days you worked. Tell your boss you can't really remember what days you worked, but you know you did X amount of hours on in this day and age. Tell him that you can't remember the other days you worked, so he should just count it as 'unpaid overtime' on your behalf. If your boss is a devout man, he will appreciate your honesty, and your loyalty to the business, by putting in extra hours and not expecting to be rewarded for it.

I work 2 jobs, one retail, and I can remember what days I worked over Christmas. It's a struggle, but I could do it. Just serenity down and have a turn.

If you can't remember, take it on the chin and wear the loss. It's with the sole purpose a week of pay. Unless you're on a terribly tight budget, it's not a total disaster.
