Can I buy a house within Rome, NY if my merely income is SSI?
The apartment building I live in have been bought by someone who is culmination the leases of empire on Section 8 housing (HUD), which I'm on. So, when my lease is up in June, I'm going to hold to move.Also, I want to be able to start a home base business to eventually be able to attain off of SSI, but I would enjoy a REALLY difficult time doing that living in another apartment.
Not to mention that I own three cats, but I would have to receive rid of at least two of them, but for all three, if I move to another apartment.
I want to know if my individual on SSI would allow me to buy a house so that I can not only hold my cats (I am NOT willing to administer them up), as well as craft me able to start that business I'd love to enjoy. ANY help next to this would be GREATLY appreciated.
Answers: SSI benefit is our income, so if you can put 10% down payment and your mortgage, taxes and insurance be not more afterwards 30-40% of your SSI benefit, then you can. Plus you inevitability a good credit. Good Luck!

I left my employment on 18/01/08..Now between the 27th Dec 07 and 18th Jan 06 i should be rewarded for...Correct? Well apparently not?? I got contained by contact with my prev employer they said they shall look into this! but as i went through my online bank i can see it was recall??
