I have a neighbor who's disabled and on a fixed income. Her just internet access is at the local library. If she wanted to buy something online, would she bring in trouble beside Social Security if she got and used a prepaid Visa, for instance?Answers: No. Social Security does not dictate how a entity spends their money. Disabled does not = dead
She as requirements and needs lately like everyone else. I would seriously doubt that she would seize into any trouble but she probably wont get any piece of mind until she call the office and asks them herself.
She does not own to reveal who she is she can just ask a nonspecific question.
Huh? Why would the social collateral office supervision if you were using a visa card? They don't charge.
If they see her running in a ambitious, or playing college football, they'll get batty over that, but a visa doesn't make anybody look similar to they're not disabled.
