I'm confused on the whole article, my wife and I both work, we make nearly 40k a year,i did an estimate on our return it said about 900 dollars contained by federal,
how does this plan change it?

2. A loan officer's JOB is to lend money. If they are turning her down, within is SOMETHING in her credit record that leads them to believe she won't income them back. Either that or her income is not adequate to support the payments.
