What is 3.49% of $100.00?
I opened a reserves account near 3.49% apy. I only put within $100. The rate does not change. I cant touch the money for one year any.How much should I earn each month and how much should I earn within one year?
Answers: Assuming the 3.49 is not variable, but I'm pretty sure it is:
-You'll hold a balance of 103.49 after one year
-Each month you will receive $.29 surrounded by interest
Again, assuming it is not a variable rate, which it most probable is, it could go up or down depending on interest rates.
You will earn $3.49 for the entire year. Divide $3.49 by 12 months will dispense you your monthly interest.
Anyone ever applied for & received a bread put a bet on mortgage - 95% mortgage near a 5% change vertebrae?
If so, did the lender require any equity at all? There must be a ambush!Answers: The catch is contained by the interest you ultimately pay. It sounds great and some bank really push it to first home buyers. As a mortgage specialist for a bank I do not fire up my clients to take lolly back if they really don't requirement it. Read the fine print... If you were to go or refinance your home within the possession of the mortgage your payout/penalty would be much higher as you would enjoy to repay the remainder of that cash put money on. This is a pretty common scenario. You really do wages for this cash put a bet on it's just not as patent. Compare the payments and interest with and short the cash pay for. Ask your banker to pass you the interest comparison over the term of the mortgage and over the amortization. Another adjectives selling point is to just show the amortization stash, everything looks good over 25 years but what is it over the 5 year permanent status. If this isn't your retirement home you likely won't be contained by it for more than 5 to 10 years before you need/want to upgrade.
