How is it possible to have a negative balance at PayPal?
Answers: This happened to me before. I sold items online, got paid by Paypal. Then the buyer went and put a dispute requested for a refund. Paypal would hold the fund from the account for the amount of the dispute. If you have no money in Paypal account then you would get a negative balance. See links below.

But I guess it can be deceiving. Your put somebody through the mill does not make it clear what they be doing. Where they expecting you to sign before the appraisal be done? The appraisal is to protect the lender, so that should not bother you.
Best positive rationalization for students?
I am a part-time worker and full time college student. I am also going on a cruise this summer. I am trying to let go as much money as possible from now til unpunctually July. I want to continue to salvage money after the cruise, but I want to switch banks anyway. I am currently beside Capital One and my interest rate is .25%. That is not even a whole point. I requirement a trustworthy bank where on earth I can feel close to my money is safe. No charges for low amounts and stuff similar to that. Who's the best?Answers: I would try ING Direct...I use them. I have an automatic money verbs from my checking account every paycheck to that acct. I find it unproblematic to save b/c you cannot freshly withdraw the $$ resembling a regular checking account. You stipulation to transfer it fund to your savings or checking acct.
