my report only shows one entity, and thats a $154 dollar collection to a phone company... is this why i cant get a sstudent loan? after this is compensated can i then apply in need a co signer (b.c i dont have one)?Answers: if you dont hold a credit history you'll need a cosigner for a student loan -- usually your parents
thats importantly possible but you should go ahead and recompense that balance and hold them report that as paid contained by full and if possible find a receipt and reapply for student loan and show proof that it be paid
Natwest - undeserved charges, sustain needed?
My gf and I recently bought a house together and so I added her to my current sketch and she left her Natwest one dormant.Several months subsequent she bought something from eBay and Paypal tried to take the money from her aged, empty description without her realising it. Natwest decline it. Paypal tried again and had it decline again.
They charged a fee of lb38 BOTH times, classification that lb76 of fees had be taken for Returned DDs. This then put the depiction overdrawn. They now want to charge her lb28 for human being OD.
She didnt find out about adjectives of this until it was too behind time as when she changed her account details at a branch they didnt brand the changes so she didnt get hold of any letters.
Can she claim this vertebrae as unfair charges?

Not adjectives the charges are unfair. Ebay tried to whip the money because she neglected to update her bank details near them. They did it twice as she probably used her debit card as a "Backup" funding source- her mistake.
Ebay display the account they are going to hold the money from, plus the back-up funding source. Yes not everyone is interested enough to recognise our information number when it is staring us in the obverse, but if we don't we should accept the simply punishment for inflicting our stupidity on the world.
She made a mistake- this is the consequence. I belive it is morally wrong not to accept the consequences of our schedule.
I think it's wrong to stratum charges on charges on charges like this. But I reflect when we mess up we deserve punishing.

guard charges are subject to a court test bag that is one conducted at the moment. Until the judgement is reached bank are not responding to any requests for refund of charges. My account get limited and next they asked me to provide them a proof of shipping for the following items and there be no items on the list.
