My husband and I have lost our job we have a condo that's rented and two lot(land parcels) we settle up but our home is by far the biggest expense and we have some money but that will cover the lot payments and the diffrence the rent doesn't cover for the condo. we would move in near my mother but we are afraid they migh go into our nest egg or put a lien on the condo?Answers: I would try to sell the two lots first. You enjoy to trim the cost and having you home foreclosed isn't the best risk. If you sell the domain, you will have a reduced amount of payments because you won't own them anymore. If the worse comes and you have to grasp rid of the house, call your lender and see if they will adopt a short sale. Doing this will be a win win situation. The mound doesn't want your home because it's an asset they don't want. Short sales is selling below the marketplace value. If the lender accept the sale the lender will help yourself to whatever you sold it for.
Again, I would trade the parcel of land first after the condo then the house if worse crust sceaniro.
I think that if you contacted the character you rent the condo from and explain your situation that you should be released from the lease and could then move to your mother's and fashion payments on the land. Do not agree to the people at the condo know that you hold savings and take home land payments or they will want that money. If they say aloud no send them authoritative notification in writing of your situation and dispatch it return receipt required so you can prove that they get it in court and next move out. Make sure this notification includes the information and dates that you spoke to them vocally about this so you hold two references within the one letter if it go to court. Any judge or court that does not find contained by your favor after these steps should have their declaration appealed by you to a higher court.
