Can you file for a ch 13 and procure two car debts discharged?1- Bought saloon w/ bf and he took it, didn't pay it, and it get repo'd.
2-Same situation, it just hasn't be repo'd yet.
Would they be discharged surrounded by her name but still exist contained by his?
Answers: I have done some research on file Bankruptcy and if the loan is in both name then he would still be liable for the debt. The debts however do help yourself to some time to be removed from your credit report.
