Trust Fund?
This has be bugging me for a while. A trust was created by my grandfather and I will gain access when I'm 25. My grandfather died nearly two years ago. Will my Grandmother be in control of the trust?Answers: If your grandfather's estate be bequethed entirely to your grandmother, then she will own sole control of the trust until your 25th birthday. If his estate was divided into heaps parts, for example three different "lines" of people received a heritage, for example his wife, his children and his grandchildren, then it become more complex.
Chances are, even if your grandfather's estate was split, his wife will control it until you become 25.
If it's stipulated that you gain control of the trust at 25 yrs of age consequently that's what it's, but now if he made your Grandmother power of attorney for you over the trust later she can write checks out of it for you for what ever you may need, but you cannot own access to it until 25 yrs of age.
My friends Father died and left him $250,000 contained by a trust that he could have when he turns 35 years of age:however, his Godmother be also made power of attorney over the trust to look after it unitl he gains control. She wrote checks for him to buy a saloon and get things he needed to live on, rent power bills...ect
He freshly turned 35 last year and he moved out for Florida and gave me $3,000.00 for helping him through the years. I haven't hear form him since. HIs Godmother said he took all the money out and haul butt to Florida, but that's his right. So be it.
Update news now>> His Godmother call me up January 3, of this year and told me he is in lock up for posession of Crack Cocaine and he had adjectives of his money at his apartment and thats right...Florida Vice got it adjectives claiming he was selling drugs too. It doesn;t look correct right now for him. He may own lost all that money for getting involved beside drugs. Makes me sick.

Is it possible to determine the amount the estate was worth? A "friend" borrowed some money 2 years ago (I know BIG mistake) and have recently adjectives his sister's estate. Will the worth of the estate be included in public paperwork?Thanks
Answers: The value isn't necessarily surrounded by the will.just the gifts "10% of the estate go to so and so.
You'd have to record in small claims and prove that you loaned (not gifted) the money to this "friend."
Small claims is pretty straight forward...intimidating but designed for the "little guy".

Thanx and I obligation answers fast! <3Answers: move about around your neighborhood offering to shovel snow or something for money.. don't ask to be paid by the hour because most elder people remember the days when 3 dollars an hour be a fair wage, so they'll probably rip you sour.. just report to them you want ten dollars to shovel the whole driveway and the sidewalk.. ask for more if the snow is really low or if they have a big driveway..
