I deem it is scandalous that the organization (in other words - us - the taxpayer)are helping out Northern Rock. Obviously, I feel sorry for the folks who have invested beside them, and the people who work within their branches, but it could open up a unbroken hornets nest if other banks start have financial difficulties.
Northern Rock have ruined to manage their money (or fairly, the money of their investors) properly. They would be quick plenty to charge people who hold taken out loans with them, so why not start sending them constraint letters, and charging for them.
