My 90 yr out-of-date grandmother open an annuity years ago for her cremation. Should I move it for more interest?
The annuity has come to permanent status. The account I am moving it to is 1 % highly developed and will have easier access. I am returning home for a tot shower and thought it might be a good view to purchase the cremation package earlier my grandmother dies. I live out of state and a portion of the money will be used to get other siblings and myself to our home town. I am the sole personage on the annuity and I will be handling my grandmother's estate.Answers: i think what you are doing build a lot of sence and i would read out go for it!

When I hear Western Union, I immediately hit the WARNING button.. something MIGHT be wrong near the transaction.
Take your time, take a gaping breath, and write exactly what you bought, when you bought it etc if you dont want to provide the auction #.

Fraud is close to a conjuring trick. The illusionist covers the item with a hankerchief, and when he uncover it, it's gone!
But why cover it with the paper handkerchief? That is a mysterious, unnecessary manouvre designed to distract you from what's really going on. The more complicated it is, the more likely you're have the wool pulled over your eyes.
What this lady is asking you to do is an unnecessarily mysterious manouvre, and so you would be astute to expect there to be some trickery involved.
Follow ebay's recommendation on payment, and you'll be fine.
Is it stupid to discharge someone on eBay earlier you recieve the item?
My brother recently won an auction on eBay for a DVD box set for lb35. As soon as he won the auction he salaried the seller through PayPal.Is in attendance a likelihood that the peddler will just not dispatch the item? He'll obviously return with very desperate feedback but for lb35 I would have thought it's worth it.
Answers: nope, paypal (an Ebay company) have buyer protection, subject to how you funded the purchase. Plus Ebay is aware who owns the seller statement. Failure to ship paid stuff could have significant permitted repercussions.
This does happen occasionally through side takeovers and identity burglary.
Let's rephrase the question. Is it stupid to ship something to a buyer on ebay in need receiving clearance?
It is a chance you help yourself to.
Ask yourself this; if you were the street trader, wouldn't it be stupid to send out an item in the past you receive payment?
eBay insures purchases very soon, in casing of fraud.
The norm is that buyers first pay -- earlier sellers ship the item. Majority, if all seller, will not send the item in the past the payment is received (and if check, after the check have cleared) -- the savvy seller i.e..
And yes, there are bleak sellers who don't distribute the items. Hence reading the feedback is important as it give you the idea of how the wholesaler has perform in times past
If there are word signs -- e.g. feedback is not good -- be sure you are protected within terms of giving. Pay with credit card so if the wholesaler never shipped you can request for a chargeback
Look at that from the other point of view - is it stupid for the street trader to send the item since receiving costs for it?
I understand the preferred, indeed the usual, sequence of arrangements is that you pay first and afterwards receive the item. I suppose the logic behind specifically if a criminal activity is adjectives (ie. stealing money or stealing property) it would be easier to recover the money than it would be to restore your health the item. As I understand it, PayPal provide protection for this situation anyway.
But if you don't trust the street trader, don't buy from them!
