Answers: If you bank knows what they are doing they will know it is a fake from the beginning if you want tell the person to send you a US Postal money order and this way you can have it verified by a Postal inspector if it is fake you are just handing them a fake money order.
yes cashiers checks can be faked. don't send the goods until the check clears both banks and you will be fine.
