Good Luck!
Pretty much the same rules when renting apply when you buy a house. Except for the certainty that you should not be denied for having an arrest journal,or bring a certain see. If you want to make sure things are done properly, you should contact a attorney specialized inreal estate laws for your nouns. There is certain paperwork that does not apply for unmistaken cases and if you sign the wrong stuff you could be paying too much in the cease. The rule of thumb when buying a house is ussually 10% of the cost as down payment. But I suggest getting a consultationwith an attorney. It should be free.
