nope and yes. you can get ur gaurdian to co-signer since you're almost 18 but it all depends. but the others are right, you do have to be 18. some banks will let you because my did when i was 17

The IRS is going to offset [take] my husband's import tax return. If my husband files bankruptcy, would it prevent that? Would it singular prevent it AFTER the bankruptcy have been discharged or would it be from the time the paperwork is file?Thank you.
Answers: The IRS gets to give somebody a lift the refund regardless of collapse. That is not a good foundation to file collapse since the IRS gets compensated regardless. If the juvenile parole culture don't have any employment placement ideas, christen the adult parole bureau in your city. They should be capable of help you out.
In the meantime start shoveling walkway, mowing lawns, washing cars, doing uncommon jobs, etc. It's not glamourous but it is honest, decent, honorable work and once you start getting a perfect work reputation in your neighborhood, you will own have more work than you can switch.
