If you draw up a contract complete with a repayment plan, as capably as collateral I can't see them saying no.
Just remember, if you show you are a honourable risk people will lend you money, whether they are your parents or not.
ask them for the 60$ politly. later say poorly work for the 60 bucks. then say aloud, i will do __________ (blah blah blah) for 2 weeks. it will work.
If not say that you will retribution them back.
they should agree to you work for it. do jobs around the house. which you should be doing anyway
