But I don't see that it have to do with what income they're making. I've specified people making little and nation making quite a bit of money that spend 110%-130% of their income and more, getting deeper into debt by the month.
And I've see people making little and individuals making quite a bit of money that spend 70,80% of their income and putting the rest to work for them, getting richer and more immobilize by the month.
I'm sure it's harder for really low income people to stockpile, but it seems to be more an issue of behaviour and will than income.
The important entity is not what your neighbor is doing or spending, but which one of those groups do you want to fall into?
