Has anyone hear of South West Financial Lending?
I applied for a Personal loan about a week ago and go through the steps of looking them up through the BBB and found no complaints, so I went forward, I be approved for my loan, then asked for a co-signer, or purchase a insurance policy contained by the amount of 2500.00, of course I wouldn't be trying to borrow if i have those monies to start with. They offered to loan me the money to purchase the policy and join it to my loan and promised to refund 50% of it after 6months and the rest (a) the pause of the note. I received the contract(Promissory Note). This have been a slow move about since. They said they needed my C/C # to deposit the 2500.00 to the card and then I needed to pay envelope the Insurance company with those funds, later we could move forward with the loan after the policy be paid for. What the heck is this? I enjoy never heard of this. Someone please push for, I think I made a mistake...Answers: Now is a perfect time to listen to your gut instincts. Try to get out of it short paying a penalty. If it's merely been a week, in that should be time left to quash the deal.
Deal next to a local lending institution instead. Never contract with someone over the internet or from out of state.
Well, have anyone actually received a loan?? because I simply received a document plus offer to pay cheque 930.00 insurance via wire verbs, which I'm leery of because it sounds like a Nigerian scam - I income them via wire verbs, they "promise to send more back". I'd a bit pay next to a check to protect against fraud - to a certain extent. or PayPal which protects my information as all right as insure against fraud. because the attorney general advise against any organization that insists upon lead transfer first

simply in luggage the new info doesn't show up, totalling this valuable connection here
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/tmar...
because the lender claims the insurance company ONLY accepts fee via a WIRE TRANSFER, this set off a red flag. there's no protection via cable transfer. I asked going on for paypal which protects BOTH from fraud - protects your information AND verifies the receiver in some form. for adjectives we know, the insurance company could be "Joe and Schmoe" from the FBI's top 10 most wanted. no track to find out info on the insurance company which is another big question sucker which the lender claims to be "detached" from. and I know my luck - anything THAT easy, is trouble! I usually enjoy to jump through hoops for something to work out or not be fraud related.

oh ably, and I'm reading their loan doc, which is worthless, and I see nothing contained by the agreement about DeMarco Insurance group -- that's another red flag. because I can setup a website and distribute out worthless docs like this too surrounded by a matter of minutes! the certainty that the organization is not programmed with the local BBB doesn't suggest no complaints, it means any they've just started their scam and no complaints all the same, they're not registered/licensed, or company could have changed label to duck and dodge.
ripoffreport.com has info on this group, but an hand filed a rebuttal, near a claim that the insurance could be written into the loan agreement. that remains to be verified by this company.

this is the era of cyber criminals, too many for local, state and federal regulation enforcement to keep up. I don't even remember completing an application next to this company, but do remember a credit.com application.

here's another example:
neversay-noloans.com
this company contacted me in July of 2007 near the same type of set aside - send insurance via Money Gram to insurer to proceed. right away, I said I could transport a check but was advise it would take longer to bring back the loan. I was surrounded by no hurry, what was theirs? so I hung up, thought more or less it, then established to wait.
later levitate finance group contacted me, same proffer, but different insurance group.
I just search to see if either company still exists, a blank page is shown for neversay-noloans.com. interesting.
I hold never, even when I was first starting out, hear of having to PAY FIRST for insurance for a loan. this charge is built into the premiums WITH the insurers name/organization appended to the loan and at closing, TWO sets of documents are provided - one for the loan and one for the insurer who receives a monthly wage for their insurance. :o)
-----
the other company is called levitategroup - also shut down for fraud.
so from my grasp it's illegal to ask for a duty up front for a loan in the United States. so don't travel for this. if they want to give the loan, they'll do it reasonably - include insurance in monthly payments. ;-)
I hold been given the exact same proffer. The deposit of 2500 was done to my unsecured credit card as of Sunday, but presently my cc has a hold on that to verify deposit. I also hold been researching and you're right the BBB have nothing on them. That info on here only open beacuse of my inquiry. After asking the female at sw financiallending that i thought they be trying to scam me she told me she could not give me the lend institution's name because it be a private lender. My husband and I aren't sure because I have a friend who have to do the same near a local lending company but not a telecommunication transfer out of the US. There are a few things kinda wierd but appear legit at the same time. Please preserve us all up to date and I will do indistinguishable. I made them aware that my cc has a hold on the money until feb 14th and they suggested I dispatch in the money on my own. My own money! Like you said...if I have it I wouldn't need them!
In my search for a loan I revd an email from Petti mircro finance, anyone else ever used?
Answers: No, but before you send them any personal info, email them and ask them:
1) Their phone number (guaranteed they are not in the US or UK as they advertise)
2) Their website
They will then email you back to tell you that their website is under construction and their phone is temporarily out of order. I bet their email address ends in yahoo.com, gmail.com or hotmail.com? Wouldn't a reputable loan company have a reputable address and website?
No, I don't think they're legit, either. They probably have a very high interest rate, if they even loan money. Try a credit union.
Hope this helps!
Improving my credit?
I am wanting to buy a house in the subsequent 2 years. I just ordered my credit gain and it is 568. About a month ago, it was 555. I get it through equifax and they have a simulator on at hand that says if you do this.your gain would be.. It said my best plan of action be to pay bad a revolving credit card to 90%. The card is only a $200 restrict and right now, it is at 70% compensated. It said if I did that, my score should increase to between 648-688. That's a huge difference of what I am immediately. Does that make sense? It also said that if I remunerated my bills on time for 1 month, it would be 588-618. 6 months 598-628 and 12 months 618-658.Does adjectives of this sound accurate? I thought that it be really hard to acquire your score up.
Answers: yes to be exact possible
let me communicate you how and why
if your only credit card is $200 and you repay 90% then that open your available credit (which increases your score)
if you pay your bills on the dot it will increase your score (because the creditors are reporting it as compensated on time) and what will be even more helpful is if you wages MORE THAN the minimum...doesn't matter how much more .lately pay for a time more
keep doing that for the subsequent 2 yrs and you will have that house
ooh, a new thing.dont start on up any more credit or apply for anything because that will put dings in your evaluation
and know that when you pull your own credit report and evaluation IT DOES NOT hurt you
information given is very accurate. another item you want to avoid is having creditors verbs your credit report. everytime there is a credit inquiry, your gain is brought down. however please note that when you verbs your own credit report, it does not affect your credit rating.
