How low to dawdle for DOW to drop up to that time I buy?
I know it's very speculative, but how low should I keep on for DOW to drop before I buy some mutual funds?I'm planning on $10-30,000 on a indexed fund such as Vanguard Index 500.
I'm thinking Dow will slump to around 11,500.
Any opinions?
Answers: If this is long possession money, get surrounded by slowly. Buy 1/3 now. Wait a while, buy another 1/3. Wait a while, next buy the final 1/3. That way if the price go further down, you getv a chance to buy some cheaper shares. If it go up, you made money on that first 1/3. Anyway it goes, when you step in slowly, you make smaller your risk. Good luck.
