Universal Gas & Electric Corp scam. How do I database a class undertaking suit against them?
I just get my December heat bill- Double what it should be after signing up next to Universal Gas & Electric. They promised me the lowest cost & that my bill would not go up for FIVE years! When I call & tried to cancel their services I be informed it would cost an extra $250 for that privilege.I want to file a class undertaking against them. Where do I start and what other resourses do I have to brawl back against these lieing crooks?
Answers: progress out and fine a class action suit attorney!
First of all you obligation to have evidence of what they claimed, something contained by writing that is authorized, by a decree maker at Universal Gas & Electric Corp. not simply something they told you over the phone.
Secondly, you need to find other ancestors that this happened to as okay.
Lastly you need to contact a advocate, and show them the case that you hold.
Signed up exactly a month ago... Called today to cancel, and be told I had to overthrow by yesterday. $0.779 per cf is Consumes price. I am now paying $1.059 per cf. We be assured by the representative that the gas prices would not go up. I call them a week ago(guess I should of canceled then) he assured this was a large amount. I did research and and that did not look true. He told me on the phone I have until the 21st to end... What a bunch of BS! Everyone go to Ripoffreport.com and complain! BIG SCAM!
Are ING Directs Accounts nontoxic from "holds", "leins" and "garnishments"?
Someone told me Credit Unions accounts are (nt sure if its true tho) and want to know if the CU and ING's accounts are safe.Answers: No, you are delivery incorrect information. The courts can, generally, establish you to give up any asset to unite your financial obligations...
...Except homes and retirement assets (401k, IRA, income...) depending on the state and the situation. (Divorce or child support would be a different set of rules and courts than bankruptcy proceedings or a civil lawsuit).
Think around your question for simply a minute... There would only be ONE purpose contained by having an explanation that was "shielded" from Court-imposed access, and that would be to avoid the consequences of the activities of a Court of Law! Why on EARTH would the "Law" allow such accounts to legally exist?
They wouldn't!
There are one and only two way to avoid "holds", "liens" and "garnishments".One is to compensate your debts & obligations, and the other is to commit fraud, which other gets detected and will help out dig the hole you are contained by even deeper!
Meet your obligations...
NO, this is a adjectives sense question
sounds to well brought-up to be true, then it probably isn't

Taking sector bets is fun and can be rewarding, but can also hurt your returns if you are wrong. This is retirement money and should be treated as such.
The easiest option - if you are unknown with investing is to do the ING BP Strategic Allocation according to your risk tolerance. If you don't want to do that, the rest of the funds contained by this portfolio are very well-mannered funds.just remember to hang on to it balanced. Use international, US Large sou`wester, Bonds, and smaller amounts of Small and Mid cap funds.
Good luck.
