You mention that the wife earn more. That has nought to do with it. Other than the certainty that it will probably be easier to get money from the wife whether i.e. fair or not.

Answers: I dont have an idea that it is possible. I have an ISA commentary with HSBC and the one and only way i can access it or draw funds from it is via my internet bank. I have to deposit the funds into my ridge account and after transfer it to my ISA, vice versa to create a withdrawal.
