Question:
Answer:
Yes they are. I have never have a problem with them. In certainty, they are beyond helpful and near seems to be closely of branches and ATMs so you never have to verbs about not finding one.
If you wish to not go next to Wachovia, I also recommend Washington Mutual.
Yes, I have not have a problem thus far

yes it is one of the most reliable banks within america
i think it is the #1bank contained by America

I am sure it is, but I prefer a credit union where on earth I am not a number, but a person. They enjoy them based on your employer, where on earth you live, etc, so everyone has access to a credit federation. With a credit union I own no fees, I earn 2% on my checking, and 5% on my savings. Low rates on mortgages, and loans etc. Not against bank, I just will never use one...
What can I do next to $700.00?
Question:
Answer:
$700 on black...
Vegas baby, Vegas..
Buy 700 cheeseburgers at Burger King
Invest it surrounded by a mutual fund and watch it grow over the years.
Give it to me! 2 points!
When I be younger, that amount would have bought me an excellent vehicle, however today it's somewhat limited. You can purchase a well-mannered bicycle, an old sports car, or a short vacation. Or you could rescue it, by making an investment in your adjectives, (ie. Mutual Funds), and watch it grow.
hold a fun night at a strip club
If you hold credit card debt, put it towards that. If you have a vehicle loan, see if you can pay down the principal. If you own any other kind of debt, put it towards that.
If you're debt free, later you could invest it. However, $700 isn't enough to interested an account if you don't already own one. If you have some sort of brokerage or mutual fund portrayal, just make the addition of the $700.
Personally, I'd suggest saving it for a pouring day (e.g., subsequent car repair). But, if you're debt-free, perceive free to spend it on something you need. Do you own a computer? $700 is about right for that. What's your wardrobe resembling? If you're looking to advance within your career, possibly an investment in some unknown WORK clothes. Time to replace that garage-sale kitching table with something more "adult"?
spend it.
I'll distribute you my address. I will take guardianship of it for you.
double it
Depends on how much other disposable income you have relative to what your personal wishes are. If you don't really need it right immediately, then I would recommend introductory an ING Orange online Savings account. They are paying close to 5% interest and you can cancel it from there anytime, no minimums, no restrictions. In reality, if you have a friend near an account, they can refer you to procure a $25 bonus just for first night the account.
Put it away for a raining cats and dogs day and don't consent to it burn a hole in your pocket.
Easy, open out an ING Direct account and go and get 4.5% interest on it. Learn how NOT to be the average consumer and make that 700 dollars work for you. At 4.5% APR, if you put contained by that 700 dollars + a 25 dollar referral from me if you want it, in one year you would hold $757.63, provided you don't add any money to it. Since you're asking what to do beside $700, I'm guessing in your situation it is free money or a bequest or something and can spare it for investment. Do it.
If you have already built up an emergency reserve, invest it surrounded by a mutual fund (go for a target retirement fund). If not, save it within a high relinquish internet-savings account or a money souk mutual fund and use it as an emergency fund.
spend half, salvage half
present it to me
Put in an ING Savings A/C or Capital One Money Market A/C and try to sing up for automatic investment of anything yu can even if it is only 10.00 a week. You can easiy do that. Brown pod yu lunch, buy bottled water contained by bulk and take it from home, or buy a britta and filter yur hose down and take it beside yu. Stop going to hairdresser every week. Wash your hair yourself beside a good shampoo and conditioner. Cut yur consumption out to once or twice a month. Go for lunch instead of dinner. There you have save a $1000.00 amonth
Go to your nearest dollar store and get 500 toys and filch them to your local orphanages. Then treat yourself to something with the vanished over. That would be nice ,but if your like me. You'll stipulation to spend it on bills.
Ways for 13-year olds to breed money ($300)?
Question:
Other than selling stuff on ebay? It is for the parents, so it can't be from the parents (can't work for parents, etc.)
Answer:
Babysitting, Dog Walking, and House Sitting.
babysit
find a small work to earn money from it
Babysit, Pet-sit, etc...
$300 eh? I would say patio work, housekeeping for relatives and baby sitting, It take time but you can do it! Let them know what your saving for and how much, they may bestow you a little extra for your frozen work
there's babysitting, doing yardwork for neighbors..
what i did when i was your age be tell relatives that i stipulation money and i would help them any at their work, or help around their house and they would compensate me.
rake leaves
when i was 13 my parents have old romance new-fangled book that they haven't read for years. i found them in the attic and wipe the dust off of them and sold them contained by the front yard. i have my younger brother ride on his bike around the block asking people if they required to buy books and telling them to come over. and we in truth made a good amount of money. at hand were over 100 books. excluding that you can bake something and enjoy a sale outside. or verbs a neighbors car or something approaching that they will give you money. i don't know how much a 13 year outdated can really do without a work charter.
baby sit ,hike dogs,go to store for eldely, verbs yards, courtyard sale ,cookie Dutch auction ,collect pop cans,
1.) shovel snow/ rake lawns (Minnesota Vs Texas- don't' know where on earth you are)
2.)play- sit kids. A 13 year old may be too young at heart for some mothers to leave you alone beside the child, BUT for less money per hour, you can ENTERTAIN them within the house with their mother within so the little ones will stay out of her hair while she get stuff done.
3.)Garage sale. I know- it's your parent's stuff. Offer to "Clean for them " within exchange for you getting the stuff to sell. No money out of their pocket.
4.)Dog walking service
5.)Back patio poop- picker upper. For those who have dogs within the back patio. It's a thankless duty, and NO ONE wants to do it.
You could babysit. Maybe do weird and wonderful jobs for neighbors. Just a thought. But contained by today's market you could do that contained by a couple of weeks if you set your mind to it. It's obvious you know how to use a computer.print up some flyers to paw out in your neighborhood. "Teenager available for _________" and schedule the things you can do.
I Use to get my mom to get ot sams and buy big packages of candy and gum. Then I sold it at school.
Mowing lawns, rake leaves, or if it's snowing, shoveling sidewalks. It adds up prompt. You might even be able to try a dissertation route.
if your computer has a printer brand return address labels for family. I have Print Shop Deluxe and net tons of them. I use sticker paper which is not pre-cut so I don't enjoy to worry in the region of lining it up so precisely. Then cut them apart next to scissors. People love them. You can add icon, flowers, anything.
mow yard, shovel snow, rake leaves, courtyard sell, babysit, animal sit, spray paint house # on ppl curve for change, paint house, clean ppl garage, house sit, wet plants, etc. sit with elderly, set aside to help do winter/spring cleaning, motor wash, animal rinse out, etc.etc.etc.
I'm currently trying to earn money, too. It's for a different reason (choir trip: $650) but it's working VERY very well.
First off, you type a note saying something similar to:
"Dear Neighbor,
Happy New Years! My name is _____. I will be doing out of the ordinary jobs around the nouns over my break so if there’s anything you don’t want to do (i.e. washing cars, cleaning lawns, backyard, washing windows) and would fairly have someone else rob care of it you can contact me at: (include your home and cell number as in good health as full address, my best friend is doing this too and he's had checks mail to him)"
I've been doing this for a week and so far I hold $180 dollars. When you recieve a call be remarkably polite and show just how great a personage you are. Talk about where on earth, when and what the client wants you to do for them. Never right to be heard anything about a price until they ask and when they do (I tend to) utter "The price is up to you, whatever you ponder is fair." That coupled beside the person attachment you will usually get you something nice. And don't do something that will bring down your reputation, you hold to keep them soft spot you. Since I'm in choir I tend to sing, sometimes they'll sing along if they occur to be out there. Once I sing "American Pie" by Don McLean and I got $10 extra than what we agreed on!
Now, run get that money for your parents.
P.s. Do every living thoroughly and don't "sweep the dirt under the rug" or cart any other short cut. If you were paying someone to work for you how would YOU want them to work?
If the 13 year matured boy, is great enough beside some English skills, may be communication or even writing, he can try out writing article content, Copywriting and stories for some amount. Search online for lots and lots of freelancing sites, to sign up..
If he is, good at some extra curricular accomplishments, find his favourite, force out for competitions, enroll, then hold success... But these adjectives possible, only and singular if the boy has some specializations... Without any culture, or practice or educational comprehension, One can do nothing... I didn't have it in mind he must be literate, but must be encouraged beside some other activities of his likeness..
Oops! you are little immature, the legal age is 16. I know frequent people screen their real age, when they work online because they dont verify your age Anyway You can still check it out, if you preference to work online:

Doing chores and being compensated for them.
You can work for 25 days doing 4 chores per hours of daylight, for around 3 dollars per chore.
Is my 1oz Silver Dollar worth more than a dollar? Just curious.?
Question:
Got a silver dollar as an award for work. Wondering how much its worth. Says Liberty on one side with a woman sowing a paddock and a rising or setting sun behind her. Minted within 2006. The back is a US emblem near the eagle. Probably dont want to get rid of it. Just curious. Do they rise contained by value and where on earth to buy also? THANKS!
Answer:
My mom was lately looking into this too - she found some good coin websites when she did a G00GLE survey. However, we wondered how do we find a good, reputable (and local) coin business?
no
silver is worth how ever much silver is worth. the 1oz is worth what ever silver is going for at the time of liquidation.
sure it is...silver is what? $7 bucks an ounce...something close to that...
Silver is running about $12.80 an ounce, so i.e. the value of your coin. It will rise and dive in effectiveness based on the silver open market. Put it away, forget about and check hindmost in 50 years!
check ebay
Silver is worth more however currency is currency and cannot be compared to silver or gold ingots anymore when the US reserve decided to print an unremitting supply of money.
Prior to that, money use to be backed by gold ingots...now, it's irrelevant.
Well, within regard to it's silver contant , if it's 1 oz. of silver...silver is selling for approximately $10.00 an oz. (the concluding I knew anyway...the price does fluctuate). You possibly able to provide it on ebay for more than $1.00 but I would hang onto it. Could be worth more surrounded by time.
Take care.
What does a married couple of 2 spend on food a week ?
Question:
including restaurants - etc.
Answer:
Geez, I hate to allow how much we spend in food. We live surrounded by a large metropolitan nouns, and there are restaurants galore. We both work long hours, so the truth is we drink out about 3 times a week. Average bill for that (with tip) is in the order of $40. Then we grocery shop on weekends, and taking out non-food items, I say we spend just about $80 on that. Then add contained by about another $15 for Starubucks and such. So adjectives together, we spend about $215-$220 a week. I own no idea how that compares to others. I'd be curious to know, too.
I spend nearly $75.00 a week for groceries for me and my husband. We do not go out to drink. It is too expensive. For what you spend on one meal out you can guzzle for at least 2 days at home.
We spend around $100, that's including food we eat at work. We use to spend more than that, but we cut final on STARBUCKS and eating at restaurants adjectives the time.
hmm depends on what resturants you frequent and how expensive they are.. before we stopped intake out we could spend oh about 150.00 a week on food.. immediately we buy about 200.00 a month on food.. so make a difference you do the math
The best advice I've ever read on this subject is to budget $200 per grown per month, and for children add $150 per child. So two adults would be $400 per month divided by 4... $100/week.
it really depends on what you and how much, i'd say aloud average $100 a week, if eating out at restaurants i'd read aloud between $150 $170.
This answer depends so much on your location and eating conduct. You'll need to track your spending for your own household for a month or two to really know the answer. That said...
We budget 150/mo for eating out and 200/mo for groceries. Given that we're both pretty busy (and slothful?), we tend to be struggling to stay under budget for the drinking out and rarely spend our budget for groceries.
We also foot for our lunches out of each of our own spending money (the proposition being that we could bring in a lunch to bring if we wanted). That probably comes out to another 60/mo each or so. I'd guess if you looked at what be actually spent it would be almost 350 or so for both of us.
is it doomed to failure to want money and retrieve it to much? read on?
Question:
i have be saving my money since i be like born. and never spend my own money. and i try to capture as many differrnet and worthy paying jobs. and i'm not even that matured. and also when people ask me what i would do if i get a million dollars ni say hide away is it all that desperate? people say-so it is.
Answer:
I think it's honest to save money fairly than on the flipside and spend money on useless things and go into a nouns of debt! But, at the same time, I estimate it's ok to portion out a little bit of the money you earn on things you enjoy as okay as on charity (they say 10% is a giving, thoughtful number that won't plug a hole in your salary). If you hold kids or are planning, I can especially understand your proclivity to want to save, because you want to enjoy enough $ for them to be out of harm`s way in life- that's a great item
Don't listen to them.
No wonder they are poor.
Keep saving.
People today spend more time acquire things instead of saving. Good for you for taking the right step. When you retire, you'll be living the apposite life, nice homes, travel, and a nice nest egg, while others will be waiting for the subsequent Social Security check.
Hey, I am the same opening. I am trying to change that though, I am cheap to the point I miss out on profoundly of experiences because I am afraid to spend. Not saying to excess all your money merely find a middle ground.
You sound approaching one smart kid! The people who are recitation you saving is fruitless probably don't have any money. You do. Who is better bad. Although being "cheap" is glum being thrifty approaching you are is a great virtue. I consider a cheapo someone who won't piece with a dollar to draw from something that would be of greater value than the money. Don't deny yourself what you want, but man in your favour is a good article! Keep doing it, no matter what inhabitants say. Get used to individuals criticizing you. That's what people do when they're green with envy! It's the ultimate compliment.
I don't presume that's bad at adjectives! I sure wish I could set free like that.
Can I deposit money into a C/D sketch?
Question:
Say I have a C/D picture for a 1 year term. Can I verbs to deposit money into it throughout the year?
Answer:
No. Or I should say not usually. Occasionally the institution next to whom you've taken out a CD next to allows you to do this under specific language, but with the exception of those special times it is dishonest.
usually not.. most CDs are fixed at a certain rate and a unquestionable money amount (that you deposit). You also cant withdrawal in need a penalty.
You can't deposit it surrounded by the same tale, but you can open another disc account at one and the same bank.
While you can't make a payment money to an existing CD, you can plain additional CDs at any time. You also hold the opportunity to add money to your disc (if you choose) when you renew it at maturity.
Cd's are fixed occupancy accounts. You cannot add to them during the occupancy.
If you want to earn higher interest and know how to deposit/withdraw you need to look into a money flea market account. Be sure the financial institution does not charge you a tax or service charge if you should fall below the minimum symmetry.
Look into credit unions for your financial requirements. They provide the same products, enjoy competitive or better interest rates and provide better customer service than banks. You can find a credit league near you at www.ncua.gov or www.cuna.org.
Good luck!
Most tag of deposits will not allow additional deposits. Normally you start on it with a faultless dollar amount and it must stay there for the permanent status you choose. Now, the institution I work for does offer a compact disc that allows deposits and it is a one year term, but it is a hugely unique product and I haven't found another financial institution that will do alike. This one even allows you to withdraw 1/2 of the stability per day minus penalty.
If you can't find a compact disc product that will do that where you live I recommend a money fund justification. It is somewhat like a nest egg where you can deposit as much money into it at anytime and you can even clear withdraws in need penalties as long as it doesn't exceed the maximum amount of w/ds per month. A moneyfund pays seriously higher than a hoard as well.
how does collapse work?
Question:
Answer:
U got 2 types...7 and 13. If you enjoy a business it's a 11.
Bankruptcy needs to be the outstandingly last resort. Exercise and Exhaust adjectives of your options, did you try to seize 2 jobs to get hold of the debt down?? Did you talk to a credit counselor? What did you do to capture the problem solved? Did u make recompense arrangements with your creditors? Bankruptcy get a bad rep and it's becuz its showing adjectives creditors that you can't pay and that you run from it by file bankruptcy. It can verbs your score down, run alot to pull credit gain up, high interest rates. Think formerly you do it. Then talk to someone (not a collapse lawyer) and see what they say. Try to achieve details from someone you know have done it and take their experiences.
From what I remember when a friend of mine did:
You have to apply for some forms from the local court and catch them filled surrounded by. The Citizens Advice will help you beside this, you then involve to apply to become bankrupt through the court and pay envelope around lb300 to get your application considered.
Depending on the amount of debt you enjoy will depend on how many years they encroach. It's normally roughly 3 and you can apply to have it removed after around 2.
You are prohibited to hold any credit cards or any current accounts but you are allowed a normal reserves account.
If you are working the courts can set an amount you are allowed to keep hold of from your wages and the rest is taken by the court to pay the culture you owe.
After the dankruptcy ends you are free to apply for credit etc. However the defaults the creditors will register on your credit report will disrupt your application for credit for a few years to come.
My direction would be to try and settle this yourself directly with the creditors and you live on roughly the minimum of what you need. Beware that the court can reposess your belongings to get rid of to raise funds to pay packet the creditors so if you're crafty and trust your spouse and not married transfer it to her/him.
I found some dutiful info here.
not very ably
What's an reasonable amount of "spending money"/savings?
Question:
I’m new to the working world and I’m still focused on college when I be cheap. I feel overwhelmed and guilty when I spend money. I’m not sure if I’m anyone wasteful or not. Here’s where on earth I stand…
$2,830/month after taxes - Insurance/Phone/Rent/Utilities... $2,130/month
$250 - 401k like plan (taken out past the $2800 total)
$250 - IRA
$400 - Money Market Fund (future wedding/honeymoon –3 months emergency there too)
$280 - money (plane tickets, small expenses that may come up so I don’t have to verbs into emergency, etc. If this reaches $750, I split between IRA and MM)
Result is $1200/month. I pass myself $300/week. This covers food, pet care, gas, and anything else I desire surrounded by one week. If have a big purchase (plane ticket or a vet bill, call for or want), I take it out of my reserves but I often supplement beside my personal weekly allowance.
I know that what I have is a blessing and I do not want to mess it up. Do you regard this is appropriate?
Answer:
Wow, impressive
I would suggest 6 months emergency fund.
As far as hoard and money market receive sure you are earning the max you can and still hang on to it liquid. Does your money flea market and savings earn at tiniest 5.05% these banks do near no fees or minimums
www.emigrantdircet.com
http://www.us.hsbc.com/1/2/3/personal/sa...
You should consider buying a house/apartment depending on where you live. Having a place to live to be precise totally paid for (save taxes and maintenance) when you are retired is nil to sneeze at and could be a huge financial asset should something arise.
You should also consider regular investing in the stock marketplace through mutual funds and/or ETF's.
Well, $300 a week for spending money is a little high-ranking, but you figure food at $50-$100 a week and that's 1/3rd right within. However, a lot of the service industry those (customer svc, cleaning people) barely clear $1200 a month and they pay packet their rent and everything out of that so you arent being 2 cheap.
You are incontestably 1 step ahead of almost everyone else by starting your savings right away as resourcefully as your IRA. Very few people are smart satisfactory to have that 3-6 month emergency fund/cushion.
I intuitively don't spend more than $40 a week on food but I only put away out maybe once a week and I pocket my lunch to work.
It doesnt hurt to feel guilty once contained by awhile but as long as you stick to your savings and priorites, it's ok to spend money on yourself in a minute and then. Just don't obtain caught up buying unknown clothes every week or following every fad. That can cost a bundle.

How much should I free weekly?
Question:
I live with my boyfriend and my 5yr elderly daughter. I am also a full time student and work 16 hrs a week. I dont have any bills to discharge except my credit cards (3) and my cell phone bill. I usually get $180 a week how can I make plans for this little money I get. I also collect $100 a month. Help!
Answer:
Sounds easy adequate to me, stop spending money on your credit cards. If you don't have the money to salary for something you certainly can't afford to buy it on credit.
What I do when I want to track my spending is return with a diary and a pen and literally write down every penny I spend. I put it all on a spread sheet along next to the income for the month and the bills that are due in. It really help to keep things lower than control. I divide it up on the spread sheet into supermarket shopping, fuel, eating out, etc so I know where on earth all the money is going. I'm self employed to it help me plan how much money I need to be earn for future months if I know where on earth it's all going.
It sounds similar to you want to spend only $80/month. Realistically, beside a child, I don't see how this can be done. It would help plentifully if you would get child support from your daughter's father -- regardless of what he thinks/says almost it, he owes her. Also, try to go down to solely one credit card. I wish you luck, my dear. I'm glad you caution enough more or less yourself & your daughter to start thinking/asking about issues close to this.
