Does anyone know roughly backing for medical bills?

Question:
i have some departed due medical bill that the collection agency has bought out and presently i owe the collection agency the hospital proccesed my clamis for 3 years to have them written bad in this time i hold recieved no bills so i assumed it was taken nurture of now the collectin agency say i owe 34,000 dollars. does anyone know of any program that can help me.

Answer:
proposal the collection agency a payment plan or ask for them to net a deal and if they write sour a certain percentage you will pay cheque the remaining balance. That is pretty much adjectives you can do unless you declare bankrupcey.
Go on welfare or become an unofficial immigrant
It sounds like the hospital arranged to not write off the claims. Write a message to the collection agency telling them that you will clear a small amount each month. Tell them that they are not to contact you anymore, and that if they do you will turn them into the States Attorneys department for harassment. Then I would bid the hospital and explain the situation and see why you were never notify about the status of the bill and see if near are arrangements you can work out. Worst case scenario, you can salary $10/month and your credit record will show that you are making regular payments.

Can I move out on my own next to this earnings?

Question:
I'm turning 17 this month, and my mother is making me break downshe reads adjectives my information on my computer, takes my webcam that I compensated for away, 2 times. What a stupid, noisy b*tchshe tell my information to my granny, which I told her not to. Looks up my boyfriends house online to find out how much it's worth and about the taxes. We hold a long distance 4 year relationshipshe broke up my other boyfriends and I that lived here by being deafening and reading my email. I'm going to work as a nurse's aide this summer full time at a hospital. it makes 11-12 dollars an hour. i want to buy my tremendously own car and be equipped to move out in a year. My boyfriend lives surrounded by Fl, so we are moving down there. He make a lot of money contained by his own business so he said he would pay for everything while I go to college..about 800 a afternoon..could we make it on our own? I have it in mind, could I make it on my own minus him?

Answer:
Legally, at 17 you cannot sign a binding contract without an mature (that would include things like an auto loan). Eleven to twelve dollars per hour is fully clad money, but after taxes, Medicare, Social Security, and insurance are taken out, you may find you only "hold home" $7-8 per hour. In a 40 hour week, that will only be in the order of $300 per week, or $1200 per month. Assuming you pay $500 for rent, that singular leaves you about $700 for utilities (gas, electric, dampen, garbage), food, transportation (IF you have a coup¨¦ - loan payment, gas, insurance, repairs; save, public transportation), clothing, fun, music, books, etc.

I would recommend you check out rental rates wherever you plan to live, afterwards find out what the utilities cost (on average). Make sure (if you don't have a car) that the rental section is on the public transportation line and won't hold you two or three hours to commute to work every day. Make a "pretend" grocery document, based on a week's worth of meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks) then stir to the grocery store and add up the cost. Multiply by 4 to receive an approximate monthly amount. Write down how much you spend on entertainment (movies, CDs, going out with friends, etc.) over the subsequent month. Find out how much internet access is going to cost you (assuming mom lets you pocket the computer).

It's always tight when you first move out, since within are LOTS of unexpected little expenses. It's also immensely easy to bring into credit card debt at this point, because you have no history. Stay away from credit cards of ANY characteristics - debt is easy to take into, but SO tough to get out of (just read through some of the question here on Y!A).

The best thing you can do is breed an informed decision and I can't relay you what that is, since I don't know your spending traditions. Remember, if you leave mom on doomed to failure terms, you can't expect her to bail you out if you find out you can't brand it on your own, especially if you move to another state.
800 a day is great money - but I give attention to you should focus on your relationship with your mother first.
The proposal is one weeks pay should be the amount of one check. So, you would enjoy to save up dep and collateral if its not and then really spend charily.
17 is too young...you're mom is trying to hold tabs on you..she should be commended - not oodles parents these days precision at all what they're kids are doing, especially on the computer. You should be indebted..you sound approaching a spoiled little brat thats just trying to acquire back at mommy. Grow up. You're 17 and you have a 4 year relationship with someone who have their own business - no wonder your mother is tripping on you. I would call the cops on your boyfriend if i be her.
The first thing you stipulation to do, to see if you can make it on your own, is catch a notebook, check out rental properties, try to get an belief of what the utilities cost, i.e., electric, water, litter, phone, internet, taxes, food, insurance, and then unsurprisingly, since you want a car, you would stipulation to see how much per month that is going to cost, along near how much money it's going to cost you for gas to drive it, and again.insurance..but try to make sure that you could net it on your own, without your boyfriend..because what if you broke up, and couldn't "form it" on your own?
move in beside a friend or find a cheap apartment and save money similar to crazy get a second commission but dont drop out dont get a sports car just but it can wait i no you want one so do i and im 15 but loaf, and yes you can make it on your own remember here are people out nearby willing to give a hand you!
I am in a similar situation and moving out is tough. I do not ruminate that at 17 you are ready to be one your own, I would suggest a roommate to serve with the costs.
down here within FL, the pay sucks. i made $12/hr within a retail job surrounded by NJ, and i make going on for $9.78 in this profession here in FL. everything but rent is alike price as i was used to paying up north. i don'tknow where on earth you are now, but be prepared. what is $800 a daylight? his salary (not here contained by FL, hony), or your living expenses? re-think things before you suddenly move. moving is expensive, and who know if your relationship will work out?
yes I am sure you can .Just don't spend more than you bring home.
First, be very wise following a boyfriend anywhere at any age, let alone 17. Besides the certainty that he may be playing up how good things are in that you want to always put together sure you have adequate money to get home on first, put adequate at least for a bus ticket contained by a bank information he doesn't know about. You don't want to return with there expecting a cute little apartment and terminate up in some dumpy crack house because it be WAY more expensive than you expected it to be. Also, be aware that 11 dph is not much in a place resembling Tampa or Miami so if you are planning to make it on your own in need him down there you'd be better bad checking online newspapers and look for a room-mate situation. Check those online papers for what job pay contained by the area too.
Best of luck any way.
Before you even devise of moving out, I suggest you have a serious sit down verbalize with your Mom to find out what are the underlying issues of her not person able to trust you along beside her invasion of your privacy is. Once you are able to determine the produce then work beside her toward a solution and if she is reasonable afterwards you may be pleasantly surprised that there may not be a obligation to move out at this time.

17 years is very infantile to move out as surviving is tough when you are on your own. Have you considered what would happen if you did move out and progress live with your boyfriend and months down the road you break up ... would you know how to survive on your own with a moment ago income coming from a summer full time job? I believe the answer would be no.
First of adjectives, yest you could make it on 11 or 12 dollars an hour. Plenty of general public survive on minimum wage, but you'll find it's hard to rent a combfortable place and salary for the car that you want. But there's profusely more going on here than just that ask and you know it or else you wouldn't hold written so much.
What's the story with your boyfriend. He must be at least possible couple of years older than you if he's get his own successfull business. What was he doing when he started a long distance relationship next to a 13 year old girl 4 years ago? That sounds suspicious. I can appreciate why your Mom whants to know what's going on.
I think you call for to learn to live next to your mother. She'll always be at hand in your energy as your mother. A boyfriend is temporary.
Can you do it, Yes. Should you do it, NO!!. Your mom is trying to protect you. She may be over pose, but she loves you and only wishes what is best for you. Until you are 18 you cannot legally hold a job. What class of security money will you enjoy in the guard? What happenes if you loose your job? Think easier said than done before you get.

Should I lug help of my company's 403(b) program individual offered?

Question:
My company is offering this plan to its employees-if you work for the company less than 15 years and you contribute 4% of your remuneration, the company will then contribute an new 25% of that contribution up to 1% of your salary.

I currently hold a 401K plan from my old employer that merely sits and collects on mutual funds until I am old ample to claim it. I rolled over what I contributed when I left into a Roth IRA through my guard. Would I be bouncing around too much having an spare retirement plan or would it be beneficial to get what I can?

Answer:
Any retirement plan that offer a company contribution in extension to your own is a very virtuous deal. You should maximize your contributions to draw from the maximum match from your employer. Your 401K is another business and should not be a factor in your unmarked 403b decision. For more information on 403b plans, see the attached IRS publication.
Take supremacy of everything you can. Sit down and figure out what you enjoy lost so far by not taking advantage of it. Talk to someone within your company who can explain it to you. My boss once told me that you can contribute 6 percent of your income to a retirement plan and never miss it. He was right. Go for it.
No, a 403 B is a biddable way to put aside for retirement. You get a rates deferral and the company match is few and far between for a 403 B which serves the non profit industry.

Go for it! One suggestion is to make sure your investments are okay diversified. One problem with 403 B deferment is that they tend to be offered by large insurance companies. Depending on your age, don't lock yourself into an annuity.

Ask the fund proprietor how many different funds are available for you to pick.
If you will to be as rich as you can, don't turn down FREE money! If your current employer offers a contest, take it; if you don't, you are essentially declining a pay cheque increase!

There is nothing wrong next to having two sets of retirement funds, one in a self-directed IRA, and one near a current employer. It makes no sense to own half-a-dozen plans, however, so if/when you leave this chore, you should roll out whatever qualified deferred contributions you own to the same IRA.

Good luck!

Financial question...can you assist?

Question:
What is the lowest price but really good directTv service and Tivo can I capture?

What kind of saloon is the cheapest to buy and pay per month(or lease it) specifically really good and doesn't break down normally?

How much does internet cost? DSL or better?

How much does Auto Insurance cost?

Home insurance(is there one for apartments)?

I'm doing this for a class assignment but I wanna return with this done today because it's due today.

PLEASE be nice and serious and helpful

Answer:
The blanket answer is: It adjectives depends on where you live. I'll use myself as an example: I live surrounded by the Detroit area, so coup¨¦ insurance is going to be more expensive than for someone who lives in a more rural nouns, but other products and services will usually be less expensive because of competition. So let's walk through your list:

You can buy a underlying TiVo around here for around $150.00 if you get it on public sale, but many of the cable companies and satellite companies tender free DVRs if you sign up for a year. Basic cable in this nouns runs about $45.00 a month, and you can procure DirecTV for as low as $19.95 per month (plus taxes and fees) if you sign up for a year.

In terms of cars, it really depends on what you want (new or used), your credit history, and how much money you hold as a down-payment. Right now they're offering a 39-month lease on a fairly-well equipped Ford Focus for $129.00 a month and give or take a few $1,700.00 due at signing. That's pretty darned cheap for a new coup¨¦ that has be ranked outstandingly in the reliability department.

You can catch Yahoo DSL in some areas of Detroit for $14.95 a month if you sign up for a year. I own cable-modem service in my home, and it started at $19.99 per month for the first six months -- in a minute it's $27.95 per month.

Auto insurance costs vary. Rates are better in big cities, younger drivers settle more, and newer cars cost more to insure, especially if you didn't pay change for the car (you would hold to have full collision coverage on a motor that's financed). I have full coverage on my wife's 2004 Ford Explorer and partial collision on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. I'm insured through USAA, which is the genuine least expensive you'll find, and it costs me going on for $900.00 a year to insure both vehicles. With any other insurance company it would cost at smallest $1,500.00 a year.

My homeowner's insurance is also through USAA, and my house is covered for $250,000.00 to cover the cost of the house and everything in it. It costs me $620.00 a year. And yes, near is insurance for apartments -- it's called renter's insurance. When I lived contained by an apartment it cost about $180.00 a year through USAA. Bear surrounded by mind that no insurance company can beat USAA's rates, so ball-park for renter's insurance would be $300.00 a year and homeowner's insurance would be more similar to $1,000.00 a year.

Does that help?
Depends on where on earth you live and what packages you want.

Haven't the foggiest

Depends on what service provider you go next to

Depends on all sorts of variables - vehicle make/model/age, how many drivers, amount of coverage, multi-line discount, etc.

No home insurance for apartments - renter's insurance

Perhaps subsequent time you should start your research earlier and don't rely on other associates to do your work for you,

Do you know the best place to turn when you're broke? To work...

This is the advice that Dave Ramsey repeatedly gives on his radio converse show.

I would not recommend securing a loan from a sub-prime lender. It's tantamount to using a loan shark, and you're likely never to bring back out from under the brutal hand of such an establishment.
Here are many compnies offering discouraging credit loans. No matter how poor/bad is your credit you can apply for loan,

im considering file for chapter 7 liquidation any counsel?

Question:
the reason im file is because i am on ssi disability and cannot work and as a result i cannot afford to pay my debts. my mom is also on disability and she file and like 1 or 2 months next her credit score be like 630. she be offered all kind of credit cards in the post and she was given a fresh start. im considering file for chp 7 bankruptcy w/out an attorney. i hold a complete copy of all my debts and will pinch it to the court house to file them. any direction or suggestions?

Answer:
If you feel no involve to pay your bills that you accumulate and you don't mind letting other people give somebody a lift up the payments for you and you also don't mind the damage to your credit rating, you move about right ahead and file for collapse.

The laws are shifting and it might not be as easy as you conjecture it will be.

Then after you succeed, you go right ahead and bring more credit cards and start compiling more bills with your fresh start.
Ok, here's the concord, if you have a dune loan of any kind, and keep hold of it up. Don't file it on your Chapter 7, hold on to this line of credit break open at all times sooner. IN the bankruptcy courts immediately, the laws are growing different respectively day. Just within case, keep hold of paying on the cards, loans, whatever, if you want to insure a credit queue, ok? If not, you could be ruined.
hi
Filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy is greatly more complicated than taking a list of your debts to the courthouse. For starters, you are required to transport pre-bankruptcy credit counseling, there are administrator court forms that must be completed correctly, there is a liquidation filing tax that must be paid - the catalogue goes on...

The best piece to do is to contact a lawyer contained by your area to find out your best course of accomplishment. Because your income is limited, you may even qualify for free or reduced court help - it's worth checking out.

Following is a connection that describes the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process within detail. I hope it helps - fitting luck :-)
Plenty of good suggestion here.

Paypal Who can give a hand?

Question:
Does anyone know anything about Paypal? Is it undisruptive and how does work? Is it wise to donate my bank side number?? Thanks..

Answer:
i use it and it is pretty safe. i haven't have any problems. you give them any your bank commentary information or you can be wise and use a credit card and they immobilize that info for you. when you click "buy now" from a seller on ebay, it will ask for your ebay user self log in and once you're logged within, it will show that seller's address and the amount of money you owe them. you send your sum to the seller and they will confirm your transaction when they receive your pay-out. once they receive it, you should get an email see telling you. that's it! adjectives you have to do is sign up for payment pal and log within to use it and always remember to log out. i've never received a spoof email but if you do, merely delete it. it's that simple.
Paypal is pretty safe, newly don't get fooled by persuaded emails into giving out your password.

I don't like the impression of using a bank description with Paypal, unless you enjoy a separate account next to only a small amount of money surrounded by it.

I just use a credit card.
paypal is completely safe and sound. It is FDIC insured just approaching a normal wall. The only item to watch out for is spoof emails. These are emails that claim to be from paypal and want you to log contained by to your account. If you achieve one go to paypal directly through your pattern browser not the email program. Otherwise I have used it for ten plus years near no problems.
Hi Nikki, Paypal is safe. I own changed my paypal to paypal credit. That way it's approaching a credit card. They pay for what ever you buy,and they dispatch a statement to you,and you make payments. They will permit you know your limit amount you can charge.Never bestow anyone your paypal or credit your account #. To abundant crooks out there. Paypal will never ask your article #, special by email. Be smart and safe. It's a great system. Have fun.

Clowmy
We've used PayPal and own had no trouble. We give a credit card for purchases though and not a bank vindication number.

should i close adjectives my credit card accounts except conceivably one or two, because i hold around twenty start very soon.?

Question:
i have excellent credit, but hold thought i have to lots open, or will it hurt my credit to close adjectives except a couple? will it hurt me if i try to buy a car for example if i enjoy to many embark on, or will it hurt me because i have closed so various recently?
Thanks,
Carlton

Answer:
The more available credit you hold vs. the amount you owe actually help you.

Most mortgage companies/banks look at your visa/mc/discover/american express and not your store cards.

I would close the store cards, and keep the rest, lately don't use them.

And you never know when you might need them and not know how to get them wager on.
The more you have clear the lower your credit score will move about. Keep only a couple and capture rid of the rest. Too many is as impossible as not enough.
Why would anyone want 20 credit cards. It wont effect your credit rating if you close them. I estimate you could consoladate them all into 1 or 2 cards, because they will be easier to be in command of.
There is a potential for it to hurt your credit rating but I don't think it would be so fruitless.

Make sure that when you call to close, or convey your letter, that you put in the picture them to put on the account that it be closed at the customer's request.

I'd suggest you keep the ones enlarge that you've had the longest. Longevity is a flawless thing on credit reports.
How tons credit cards you have is not as crucial as how much you owe on them and how you pay them. Many relatives have 10+ credit cards, are maxed out on adjectives of them and can only pay cheque the minimum every month. If you use them only when prerequisite, pay them on the dot. paying more than the minimum each month and you haven't get the cards maxed out every month, you're doing well. Closing a credit card doesn't metamorphose your credit availability because you can call the credit card company and ask and they will reopen your picture if you had correct credit with them when you closed the information.
d-uh!
this is tricky.
you want to get rid of adjectives of them BUT
do it this way
1st smallest harmonize paid sour (interest is not factor) then close depiction
2nd smalest account remunerated off / closed.
etc.
should you close a quantity of accounts fast or suddenly this will Active a Universal Default clause out of sight in the other cards contracts and you WILL see your interest rate going up to 30% beside little recourse for you, also your score will shift down.

I've a 10% interest in your favour information. I money within lb250 a month and carry interest after 12months. How much do I find?

Question:
The interest is calculated annually so the amount saved after 12 months is lb3000. How much will I receive in interest over this? Thanks!

Answer:
To work out the exact figure would be especially complicated, and would probably use natural logrithms i.e. the number e.

To work out an approximate digit, you could work out 10% of 250 you input in the first month, and afterwards 11/12 of the same amount in month 2, and next 10/12 of the figure contained by month 3.. and then 1/12 of the amount in the concluding month. In Excel, this gives a amount of lb162.50 which is like depositing lb3000 outright contained by an account which pays 5.4% annual interest.

Remember, when you unfurl the account, you start near lb250 and you'll get the full 10% of lb250 surrounded by that year. In month 2, you will deposit another lb250, and the interest for that lb250 will be 11/12 of 10% as it will only be near for 11 months. Hope this makes sense.
I cant beleive you hold a 10% intrest account they would travel out of business

And to answer you question its 300 Einstine
lb300, giving you a hot total of lb3300. You may have to discharge tax out of that 10% if it is a gross digit, and you have an income export tax liability. I strongly suspect that your net interest will be closer to the 7.5% nouns, which these days is still fundamentally good on such a paltry investment.
lb 300
lb300. i dont feel that you will actually find the full 10%. tax will probably stipulation to be taken off first. Its massively good if you do though. what guard is that with?! hehe
ahh but you wont own had 3000 surrounded by there for the total year

depends how they calculate interest. let assume its a straight pro-rata monthly (unlikely but easiest to calculate) then you will seize

10% on 250
11/12th of 10% on 250
10/12th of 10% on 250 etc

which is 162.50

but they might do it compound (daily, weekly, monthly?) which adds up to 10%. and i dont intend doing those calclulations here.
if nearby is such a thing as a 10% interest justification (Switzerland maybe ?), you would catch an extra tenth each year.
so lb250*12=lb3,000. incorporate lb300 to get lb3,300.
141.39 if you reward at the end of respectively month
167.57 if you pay at the establishment of each month
I agitation this is a homework job, for nowhere except surrounded by the world of the school would anyone gain 10% interest on anything.
Roughly providing you reach the amount you enjoy saved for the level of time you have worked could amount to twenty five pounds interest it would work of at 25.00 a month providing thats the amount you are good for the bank to assess your interest rates given the, outlook of the relevance associated with the amount your good thats assuming that you managed to pick up that amount for the phases that you have save for you deduct ten percent on the amount you hide away dependant on the style of the account which appears to be the style of the narrative and the way the provider plays the cut in the money that you are in your favour up for.

Assuming you have the level to assess on top of the amount save you will have totally 300 pounds resting on the amount they ask for...

if my ridge cancel my accounts for money owed, later can i change a check within w/out them taking money?

Question:

Answer:
Nope, not from the same finanical institution. Most bank will only brass checks for account holders. Try a check cashing place and rate the fee.
Try Ace Cash Express. They rock!
probably not. you may be capable of go within and tell them that you dont enjoy an account but would similar to to cash a check. They may still charge you a check cashing charge, and if they find out it is you they will jack all of the money you owe. You are better rotten to go to another hill or a check cashing place.
definitely not, within are other banks out near, u know
First, you should seek to compensate the bank the money owed. That is the moral and responsible entity to do. If you have outstanding debts beside the bank, you should be on a plan to repay them. Period.
No they will filch you whole check to foot any fees there, better step to a check casher, till you fiqure out how to pay them hindmost

bank quiz?

Question:
everytime i go to the ridge i get impossible to tell apart teller the with the sole purpose time i dont get him is when his not here is this usual I also get the consciousness that he flirts . but does everyone get matching teller when they step to the bank

Answer:
I've have banks where on earth I would get impossible to tell apart teller every time I go there because it be a small branch. We would flirt with respectively other all the time. I would not verbs about the flirting unless it make you feel humiliated. Now whether or not this is usual I honestly don't know.
no. i used to sork at a bank and they in actuality rotated tellers from branch to branch. they do this so the clients and teller do not become really familiar near one another. this stops the possiblity of a teller doing something he should'nt do for someone he know well. if hes flirting...very well, its his job at stake not yours!
i deliberate so...but u can have a diff 1 if he is transferred or so.
It depends on how big the guard is...
At smaller banks that may one and only have 1 or 2 teller it is not uncommon to win the same bank clerk most of the time especially if you go to the ridge at the same time or on one and the same day.
