It`s a scam. If she really considered necessary you to have adjectives her money she would have sent it to you through Western Union or a guard check. But as soon as you give her your explanation there go your money.

There are a lot of ethnic group who assumes other people's personality

Call the 800 number on the card and notify them you want to cancel the card. If there's a origin you can't, they will tell you what you obligation to do in instruct to cancel the card.
Make sure you share them to put on the records that the card be cancelled at customer request.

honey it's unlikely anyone would give you a Million dollars. You probably have need of to know how to spell dollars first. Also most big time investors want someone with a successful track copy. Someone who has done smaller projects adjectives on their own. When you do receive money from investors they want a lot from you. First you entail a great business plan, and a good portion of the start up costs want to be your own. So find something small and build from there. You might be surprised at what you revise along the way, so that when you do draw from that million dollar investment you won't lose it within a couple months.
There are lots, many race rich enough to lend you, or me a million dollars. The likelihood that any of them would be so stupid to lend someone that they do not know such a large amount is however nought.
