How much money does it give somebody a lift for you to be considered rich?

Question:

Answer:
Money alone does not make any one rich. The propensity to be happy near yourself - to work or not work if you want, and to love your fellow man and be loved back are momentous here too. My mother gave me 18 million when she died and i.e. OK but I made a lot on stocks and sold my internet company at 42 and retired so very soon the accountant tells me I am worth roughly 130 million. I really don't feel rich as I am depressed two out of every 7 days. I do similar to shopping without restraint though.
i would read aloud 2 million.
Obviously, it depends on who you ask and what your standard is.

For most people, man rich means not have to work, yet self able to afford anything they want to.
It's adjectives relative...if you knew I owned 2 cars and 2 houses, and step on 4 or 5 holidays a year, would you think I be rich?

Oh dear, a thumbs down already...you don't even know if it's true or anything else about my situation...I be illustrating my point give or take a few it being relative, but I guess that be too complex for you.
let me see,im broke, obligation a tenner for my next banquet.
say 500k,if im retired,5mil if im not,i conjecture i might be able to live on 1000 a week due free.
i would consider myself rich if having payed the bills, the rent and put a restrained amount of savings away, and still have money left over to turn out three times a week. (meals, bowling, cinema etc...)
Being rich is a state of mind rather than dosh in the sandbank, you can be rich with lots hard assets such as Real estate and low lolly assets, you could have millions within the stock market and be quality newspaper rich. Many rich people are asset rich and bread poor. So they will sometimes sell an asset to release some dependent cash, but still be rich even next.
It depends on the person anyone the judge. I consider anyone next to over a lb1m in the hill rich.
to me if you got a tenner you're rich lol
There is no specific amount of money identified near "rich".
I would say living contained by a few great houses in different states, near cash to buy anything i thought of at the time
income one dollar a month more than you spend.

a rich man contained by an African village have his own bicycle.
in London two Mercedes are not adequate.
if you live your life the paris hilton process then youre not simply rich but famous for no basis at all!

ayeeh
I consider you are really rich when money means zilch to you, just similar to paper.
Well to me everyone looks rich. By the mode if you know of any money making ideas please give an account me!
I would say human being "rich" is able to do the things you want to do, when you want to do them. Being rich for me, is retireing hasty and not sacrificing my "lifestyle" too much. Most population in America brand less than $40,000/yr could glibly live on 1mil and not change their lifestyle.
According to the democratic gala you are rich if you make m70 or 80 thousand a year. You even take bigger tax cuts.
At most minuscule enough to own your house outright.

At least possible enough to not HAVE to work.

At smallest enough to enjoy a flash car.

At lowest possible enough to NOT ask this request for information - WORK HARDER!
I consider one million in the assets column ABOVE and beyond their liabilites column, to be financially rich...

When it comes to brightness I am the richest person out within !!

Has anyone ever tried to earn extra money by taking the surveys online?

Question:
I've been have emails asking me to take surveys to get hold of paid or return with prizes, ever heard of that or is it purely another trick?

Answer:
Did you sign up with any websites to permeate out surveys? If not then they are probably newly spam. I have signed up for free next to a few companies that pay me to read emails and crawl out surveys. I have also received indisputable checks from them. Here is a website with a schedule and an explanation of each site. http://www.geocities.com/bj84015/makemon...

If you hold any questions simply send me an email.
Remember, don't settle money to fill out surveys and grasp paid. If a company requirements you to do something for them you shouldn't have to retribution a dime.
I've tried several of those surveys and have not received any money for them. I enjoy, however, received several ad-ware and spy-ware in my computer.
I hold tryed those and never got anything.
The rule, as other, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay since you can get these surveys.

Legitimate open market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit member based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years hoary -- and will send surveys of products and services target this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're unquestionably not going to be rich with that. They can contribute you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.

Other companies simply ask you to answer as tons research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the kismet to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

All that happens when you complete those, you walk to click on the finish key and a together new pop up appears for more surveys and sponsor offer, it's a scam to get society to willingly bequeath up their personal information and be relentlessly hounded by telemarketers, on phone, by mail, and by e-mail. I would avoid doing so and run an want ad aware scan on your computer.
It's s real scam. They make a contribution you an account, next to them, and you supposedly earn money by doing surveys. However, what you really get is a survey and afterwards you must try the product for 30 days for a limited amount of money surrounded by order to earn money for your tale. If they dont ask for money, it is a free trial perdiod which if you forget to cancel, you automatically receive the product for a big chunk of money. You must do these trials on the product within order to receive the money into your account. In decoration, one survey generates a million e-mails to your rationalization until you have more emails on products than you can knob. I did this so I speak from experience. Dont do this.
I do surveys for Harris Polls and while you don't get rewarded you do get prizes. You go and get points for every survey or referal you make and next you can buy prizes with those points. There is some pretty wearing clothes stuff like movies, posters, dvds, books, magazine subscriptions, and household items. Plus nearby is no shipping fees or anything so you don't pay a dime for anything. But Harris Polls is the with the sole purpose company I've ever had an lucky near, most of them are scams or it is incredible strong to get anything out of them.
you bring back paid to sign up the survey companies thru here
http://www.treasuretrooper.com/173659... and than the survey companies pay you more after completing the surveys
just join one at a time so you win paid to bond each one
I wouldn't excess my time on surveys. Take a look at this Global Company and view the presentation. Just saturate out the ticket stub.

Help, my former company is not rolling over my 401K?

Question:
I have be working on this for 4 months. The company keeps tally things for me to sign even though I signed them all contained by the begining. They are trying to hold my money as long as they can and will not coperate. Please help, should I capture a lawyer? I am trying to roll this over into a self directing 401K.

Answer:
There are really specific time issues that a company has to follow on the subject of 401(k)'s. go to irs.gov and survey on 401k rollover to get specifics.

Send the company a certified epistle, return receipt requested and explain everything you enjoy done and provide copies of everything you have already signed and sent to them.

In the communication tell them if this is not resolved you will be contacting the IRS and an attorney.

There is no benefit to the company to not turn over your money so I don't think through their reluctance. The money is yours, not theirs and they cannot even include in their financial reports so I wonder what is up.

Good Luck
Who put the money surrounded by the 401k account? If it be your money, you should be able to roll over. But for most companies, you are not vested surrounded by the employer's contributions to the 401k for a certain length of time. If this is the case beside your job and the set off in the 401k represents the employer's contributions, it is possible that you are not yet vested so if you depart from th company you won't get that money rolled over anyway.
Outwest,

You hold to contact the investment firm directly to roll over your 401(k). The company cannot do this for you.
All forms should have be provided up front. There are valid reasons that the money can't be distributed on the other hand. Perhaps the annual valuation isn't completed. Would you be willing to help yourself to the 12/31/2005 valuation figure as your distributable amount and forgo adjectives of the interest earned over the later year? I think not!

Also, sometimes the document say specifically that distributions will only help yourself to place once a year so that people don't quit at discouraging times just to acquire access to their 401k.

Lastly, They may only want to retribution once a year to avoid having to create residual distributions if the plan is a safe harbor plan where on earth additional contributions hold to be made for everyone after the year end.

Check the plan document. It may notify you in at hand...it also could be simply that they have lost the appropriate documents.

But, if you are truly getting the runaround afterwards contact the Department of Labor. They will initiate the phone call on your behalf. Your employer will skip if the DOL calls themthat's a guarantee!

consider that you will be rich basically for a week what would you do surrounded by that week?

Question:

Answer:
I would invest in several different things I would agree to my money work for me not me work for my money
I would invest it in favorite charities and surrounded by a way that it would verbs to keep on giving...

I own also always looked-for to be a secret santa typelike I would LOVE to settle up off someone's utilities or house fee for a year...that has only lost their job or have gotten ill. NOTHING would net my heart happier than to blow my week's 'richness' on others.

I don't need it for personal reason and I don't want it. :) Was stupid, got contained by credit card debt, kept rotating balances to other cards and later married a smart man who taught me going on for finances...we're now plenty in good health off and will be forever.

So, my dream is to be a do-gooder and never win caught! ;)
considering your question is it self rich for just one week what do you consider person rich, i would travel evreywhere i wanted first class

What is your evaluation on the discount? Will you be adjectives support on your spending or no? why?

Question:

Answer:
I don't plan to cut back, but that's because my husband and I hold some savings, and regularly contribute to our reserves. If our income were to decline, we might spend smaller number. If the price of goods we use be to go up, we might use smaller number (and spend about the same). But a pre-emptive shopping restriction is only just the kind of entry that messes up the economy.
Why would I "cut back" on my spending? The cutback is a very personal thing. For instance, right now the mortgage industry is have serious problems, with society getting foreclosed and filing ruin. If you are a mortgage broker or work for a mortgage lender, you may be inclined to "cut back". But, what if you are a liquidation or foreclosure attorney? Times are great.

Also, the economy is going gangbusters, so why would the average personage feel the involve to adjust their lifestyles?

How long should you keep hold of financial documents?

Question:
I'm pretty sure 7 years is as far as they (IRS) can go subsidise for audits. Seems that everything older than that can budge to the shredder. Are there exceptions I should know give or take a few?

Answer:
Tax records, 7 years.
Bank collection related to your taxes, business expenses--7 years
Bills--Keep receipts for big tickets items until you sell or dispose of it.
Credit card receipts--7 years
Paycheck stubs--1 year
House records--(improvements, mortgage--permanently. Expenses related to buying and selling of your house--6 years.
I've hear 10 years
As far as I know it's 7 years for everything.
7 Years is a good answer.

Most just do 3
I would keep them forever and laminate afterwards. >.>
I work in the financial bureau at a nursing home, we only hold to keep our financial docs, for 7 years, consequently they have to be burned or buried.
Yes, seven years is standard but I would hold on to all home related documents longer (payments, repair receipts.) The repairs can be deduct from the sale price of the home after you deal in the home and have to claim it on taxes. Also save all investment papers.
For personal financial information the IRS requires 3 years unless within is a problem, then they can travel back 7.
Yes. If you can it is best to hang on to all your W-2s, or check stubs from working. It help you find out how much money social security will provide you if you ever need it or when you retire.

It can also prove when they are wrong give or take a few the amount you actually rewarded in to it.

That, receipts to valuables - where on earth you may need to show the unproved price you paid for something, when you market it or put it up for auction, is all I can deduce of where you may necessitate them more than seven years. (Unless, you want to give it to your descendants as genealogy sources.)
What I do is scan big documents, put them on a cd, and put them in my protected. That way i don't hold to keep a bunch of papers. Plus it's locked from fires, floods, etc.
For tax purposes, I'd keep hold of them for 7 years. IRS can go support 3 years if there is an honest error contained by your return. if you are being investigated for fraud, they can turn back indefinitely. But the nonspecific rule is 7 years unless you are doing some questionable things that you feel are defensible.

IHow can I draw from max returns?

Question:
I have roughly a 1 million dollars invested in different asset class. Mutual fund, stocks, CDs etc. which gave me an average of 4-5% returns finishing year.
I want to know is there a channel I can go to a edge or a brokerage firm with this 1 Million dollars and negotiate a price on a compact disc and ask for a 10% return if I agree to keep this money surrounded by their CD for at lowest possible 1 year. Is there a mode I can get a guaranteed 10% return on my 1 Million$ contained by a safe style (not the stocks/mutual fund approach)

Please advice.

Answer:
With $1M, you'll be capable of get a better rate on a disc, but no where practical 10%. Also, only $100k of that would be FDIC insured anyways, so it wouldn't be guaranteed if the hill went underneath. Also, you might want to look into an index fund like the S&P 500. They've averaged roughly 10~11% per year for any 10 year rolling period since forever.
No. $1 million is nil to a bank.

You can play it safer surrounded by a stable value mutual fund, where on earth you'll do better than a CD, but you'll never attain 10%.
I agree with Mike. The sandbank needs to invest that money and earn better than 10% to be able to afford you as a customer, and within are some restrictions for obvious reason on what banks can invest and can't invest contained by (they can't take too much risk because of their fiduciary necessity to you--see Great Depression).

Bankruptcy discharge?

Question:
Does anyone know what the average time it takes for a ruin to be discharged in the State of KY/Bullitt County. Ky is a commonthwealth and for this reason does not nessasarily follow other states in multiple forms of law.

I am not the one contained by question nor do I reside surrounded by the state of KY

Answer:
You've received a bunch of bogus responses, now read a response from a ruin attorney.

When you file for Chapter 7, the court schedule a meeting of creditors surrounded by each satchel, usually about 30 days after the file. The meeting is nick-named the "341 meeting" after the subdivision of the bankruptcy code that requires it.

The chapter 7 trustee asks you more or less assets. In most no asset cases, the trustee's work is concluded at the 341 meeting. He does not monitor the debtor's post petition income or assets or achieve any other "tests" of the debtor's entitlement to a discharge.

The deadline for a creditor to file and rival proceeding to object to yo reception a discharge is 60 days after the date for the first meeting of creditors. If no creditor objects, later you will generally receive you discharge in few days after the adversary proceeding expires.

Most of the Chapter 7 cases I've handle in the concluding year take 3 to 3 1/2 month form the date of file to the date fo the discharge.
7-10 years
7-10 years for a bankruptcy to be discharged
two to seven years here
Discharge should surface within a few months on a Chapter 7.

Chapter 13 is much longer, the debts must be rewarded off through the wage earners plan 1st.

Removal from the credit reports is totally different:

Chapter 7 = 10 Years from date of discharge
Chapter 13 = 7 Years from date of discharge

Here is a excellent article roughly BK: http://www.expert-credit-advice.com/bank...

The entire website is fascinating

Check out the free credit repair and debt settlement tools.
TO BE HONEST WITH YOU AND PUT IT BLUNTLY, IT'S GOING TO STAY ON YUR RECORD NO MATTER WHAT...THE ONLY THING ABOUT IT IS THAT IT WON'T COUNT AGAINST YOU AS BADLY, BUT WHEN CREDITOR'S PULL UP YOUR CREDIT REPORT THEY WILL SEE THAT...
You may want to check your notice of file and see when the last date a creditor have to object to the discharge. Most courts will discharge a satchel within 30 days after that date. If you own not completed your personal financial management course inside 45 days of attending your meeting of creditors, you will not receive a discharge.

How Long Should I Keep Old Utility Bills?

Question:
I pay my bills online, but I still similar to to receive paper bills to remind me to discharge because email notification isn't foolproof. This means I own no cancelled checks. As for my credit card and bank staments, I can print copies of the ending six months online. So, should I save them at adjectives, or just shred them after I know they enjoy received payment?

gratitude

Answer:
When you receive your next bill, you can toss the out-of-date one if it has confirmation of your previous return on it (like my gas bills say "Previous Payment: Thank you!" on them).
You should newly throw them out after you get the subsequent one in the letters because its always gonna hold your last transactions on the hottest bill any how.
I have lived within my house for 12 yrs and I have kept every utility bill file away. If you are a homeowner and want to sell your house surrounded by the future. You can show prospective buyers the average cost of utility expenses at your discretion if they would ask for that type of info.
Shred them right away, they hold no pro and can be a source of information for an identity thief. The one exception is if you help yourself to a deduction for a home organization. Then you will need them for your taxes.

Bank apparently freshly closed my commentary that I only transferred $550 to. Help!!?

Question:
I have a checking picture that I just transferred money to from my paypal explanation. When I go to log online it say my account is closed. I moved just now and didn't update the info for that bank, could that enjoy something to do with it?? I know I should christen them now, what should I make clear to them? Is it in the contract that i hold to update my address or they can close my account or something? Should I give an account them I'm just visit down here and was getting my other bills here or something?? give a hand! thats alot of money for me!

Answer:
Your checking account be most likely closed due to the deficit of activity on the commentary. In regards to the money from PayPal, it can't be credited to a closed sketch and therefore, it be returned to PayPal. Once you get your money vertebrae, you might want to consider opening an tale where you're currently living. Or instigate an account at a sandbank that has different locations so you can keep your description active. Oh and subsequent time, remember to update your contact information. Your bank may enjoy tried to contact you regarding your narrative, but since you have just now moved and did not update your information with them, their attempts former. Hope this information helps. Good luck!
Usually they can't instigate a closed account. You may have need of to open a unmarked one, then verbs the money.

Good luck
No they should not close your account in recent times because you moved.

You need to ring them and find out why it is closed. I'll bet it was an error, and they closed the wrong narrative.

I left home 6 years ago and never closed my home rationalization. I have lived surrounded by another country for all of those 6 years and the acount is still begin. I just engineer sure that some money gets deposited surrounded by to it every now and later to cover the fees. They know what country & city I am withdrawing the money from, but they still do not have my address. I give them my parents address.
You can't transfer money into a closed portrayal. Pay Pal has your money.
You call for to call them right away to find out what the story is. I hope it isn't frozen due to a decision (court order, usually due to a debt) or the IRS. That would stink, and afterwards perhap you'd be happy it's singular $550.

I'm on a cash principle right now to avoid newly that happening, as I'm have trouble with an dated debt. If someone stole your identity, that could be it too.

Sorry, none of this is good communication. Try to get a clad night's sleep.
