I graduated from the University of Kansas ultimate year and I moved from KS to Austin in parade of this year as well. Austin have a cost of living very similar to KS and MO. You will see that rent is not as expensive as other big cities surrounded by the US such as LA or NY.

Question when using Paypal?

Kina curious as I have not really used Paypal adjectives that much.
If I pay for an item(s) online and it go as an "instant transfer", in other words it is "salaried for" and the funds come out of my bank, the shipper ships the item, but afterwards the payment bounces, what can crop up since the item has already shipped?
Is the shipment stopped or does it verbs to its destination? Again I am curious to know what would happen. I other keep a + set off in my description (checking) but you never know with fees and such.

Most Ebay seller will NOT ship until the payment "clears". When you use instant verbs, the seller is notify as such, and will be notified by PayPal again when the compensation clears..
usually the seller wouldn't ship until it clears near paypal, if it never clears then the trader never gets rewarded and will never ship it
I've had paypal for just about six years now - and that's how I choose to capture paid for my services through my business is through paypal most of the time.
I've purchased items next to paypal - like on ebay - but the funds enjoy always come through my paypal justification or it's pulled directly and immediately from the checking justification that I have coupled in to paypal because I enter my debit card numbers when the paypal account be set up. If my checking account didn't enjoy the funds to cover a purchase (I once bought an LCD projector for $2,800.) the purchase wouldn't go through.
More commonly I am the receiver of funds. If someone pays me - by e-check or some method where on earth it's going to take a couple days for the funds to clear - paypal instructs merchants and small business owners not to dispatch merchandise or provide services unless and until the funds clear and they are safely within the payee's paypal account.
If a purveyor chooses to send merchandise in the past the funds clear - well, I wouldn't recommend it. I've never have a problem with it. But I continue until funds clear before I convey merchandise (my book) or provide my mentoring services. I don't know what a seller's recourse is if they jump the gun and transport out merchandise or provide a service before the funds enjoy cleared.
