Lol wow you can get laying-off if you get fired as okay not just let go. But it cant be your fault for human being fired. I was fired and they didnt enjoy the proof to fire me so i got laying-off. If the company cant prove a good adequate reason to fire you and own the documents to back it up you can claim it. But if you quit you cant go and get unemployment. Im not sure in the order of other states but from where im from you hold to have worked atleast 3 months back you can apply.
