what are the best long possession mutual fund I can invest, expecting 15% growth per year?

Question:

Answers:
You cannot "EXPECT 15%" ever.

History tells you 8% ish.

And that fluctuates.

Other Answers:
Mutual funds cannot "expect 15%" as not a soul knows the adjectives. Historically, equities can give you around 7%-8% after inflation.

If you want 15% growth per year within a mutual fund then, stick it within a sector related mutual fund. It is very risky but beside risk comes reward. If you can stomach the risk (and don't mind losing the money you are investing), then be in motion ahead.

Just think roughly the Tech bubble when mutual fund managers be promising +15% gains per year.
15% returns are probably not plausible in the foreseeable adjectives. I am going to make an assumption that you are still within a learning phase of investing and I will bed some advise on that.

If you are really long permanent status, and you really want mutual funds, you should stick with Index funds… not impressively exciting, but very cheap to operate. The pros are other trying to beat the market… sometimes successful, sometimes not… but index funds ARE the flea market.

Long term investing is probably best thought of as asset allocation to some extent then performing chasing. There are balanced funds that are already allocated into a rich spread of companies of adjectives capitalization as well as bonds and foreign stocks… There are also natural life style funds that change as you age.

I would strongly suggest that you stick beside no-load funds only… you want management fees to be as low as possible (that’s why I similar to indexed funds) .

In fact, because of what I’ve mentioned below, putting your money into short possession CD’s right now might be the wisest course of action…

Unfortunately, nearby are no easy answers, these are adjectives decisions you own to make depending on your age, your income, your debt and readiness for risk

WARNING:
The market have been falling, at hand is a lot of dithering in the world, Iran, Iraq, grease prices, national debt, trade deficit, housing is slowing(a huge source of personal spending may now be slowing), personal debt, inflation, highly developed interest rates and meager wage increases each by themselves can be a problem.

Is it better to live above your medium and be contained by debt or to live below your ability and be debt free?

Question:

Answers:
When you're young, it's rock-hard to live debt-free (car, home), BUT . . .

o Always live below your means. Trying to preserve up with the guy subsequent door (who's probably deeply within debt) is a recipe for financial disaster

o Don't use credit cards unless it's for convenience and you have the bread in appendage to pay them past its sell-by date each month

o As you go and get a little elder and more established in your profession, try to get rid of all debt (except, maybe, your mortgage. That may take a moment or two longer to eliminate)

o Remember, MOST self-made millionaires lived a conservative lifestyle (below their means) most of their lives.

Other Answers:
As debt free as possible.

I prefer one debt free Debt Free :)

Below your routine, you need to store in defence of emergency.

Debt free is the life for me!!

definitely debt free Debt free for sure

there are ways to live comfrotably any way you can enjoy class and be poor at least thats what i believe

Above your scheme and have a small amount of debt.

When you live in debt you are pissing away 20% of your money to credit card companies. below finances and debt free - too many folks hold too grandiose ideas roughly what they "need" in energy and spend too much on status symbols

Live below and debt free
Source(s):
Having lived near debt and on credit cards, and now living "surrounded by the green" and not having any material debt (we do own a house but it isn't like we hold the money to buy a house outright).

Hmmmmm-this is a tough one...Just being unkind! I truly believe for anyone to be happy financially, you MUST live below your mechanism and have $$ surrounded by the bank. If you live above your money then near isn't any extra money for those unexpected things that life span does and will throw at you!

the latter adjectives the time, use only brass never plastic freedom from debt solace in adjectives places Debt free, who needs adjectives those nasty bill collectors calling adjectives the time?

..........debt free.....

Debt free...but still bring a good credit rating established and reclaim about 10% of your monthly gross income.

are you taking a survey just to see what individuals will say?... grounds surely you already know the answer to this question, right? you with the sole purpose have one vivacity....live beyond your means and relish life. You know the axiom, "Here today, gone tomorrow?"
Be sensible, but don't cut corners. Enjoy life to the fullest...if that technique having stuff posessions, then dance for it. Hey, it's the American dream.........

Debt Free! debt free, unless you know you are going to die

Living within your routine is always the best means of access. It's a balance. That method, you aren't depriving yourself and you aren't placing yourself in a precarious situation where on earth if something unexpected comes up you can't feel it. Planning adequately for the adjectives may involve living below your means but I can't have an idea that of a good root why you should live totally above your means.

A little bit of debt is ok, so long as you are not paying too much backbone in interest. I hold just get rid of all my credit cards and by the running out of the year, after 3 years I will be loan free and lb440 better off. It will be a great hunch. After experiencing being surrounded by debt, I would rather be debt free, but it still does not stop me from have what I want!!

Better course to ask the question: Do you want to know how to buy a house when you have a domestic or be stuck in a roach infested apartment becuase your credit is so scantily messed up?

I would say most definitly not contained by debt

Debt free. Always. It is better to free money incase of a major emergency, and a changeable day. Plus, if you set free money you can get something "above your means" once you've get the dough. quit listening to adjectives these debt free answers. you only live on this dust a short time so why not product the most of it. in certainty if you look at any civ in history everyone other lives above there medium. isn't the US billions of dollars in debt right immediately. i think its funny that the everyone preaches stay debt free, but our society have historically almost never been debt free...its the approach of the world...don't miss out

I'd articulate below your means and debt free. This track you really have zilch on your shoulders. Besides after the novelty of the unusual things you bought wear off, the lone thing you are departed with is the debt. fun huh!! the cliché goes the best things contained by life are the simple things.

It depends...here is good debt and desperate debt. I would never agree to have "no debt". Debt can be one of the best things to do if you know it.

do timeshare worth the money?

Question:

Answers:
no, you're buying an 'asset' that has no resale importance.

Other Answers:
It would be if it weren't for the maintenance (and other) fees. The looking after fees alone can cost you almost what you would spend in a hotel anyways.
Not adjectives of them, research well. some are scam with underhand contractual fees they can use to revoke your membership (hence loose your investment). Some are worth it if you time off or weekend a lot.
not worth money
we looked into some a year ago...next i finally relized the down side. the upfront cost is reasonable for a week or two time off a year but then look at the annual association costs for a element...we found that the buy back time is approaching 35-40 years in the money you invest departed the initial investment. might as well spend the money on a strange vactaion spot each year.
Timeshares can work depending on your time off style. Some tips that we followed that have made ours worth it.

1. Make sure you are competent and want to take a weeks leave. With school schedule and work schedules, sometimes a full seven days is not easy to block off. One alternative is timeshare through hotel chains (Hilton, Marriott, etc) that you can use for individual night at hotels.

2. Get a good place to trade. Don't feel that you can buy in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania solid cheap and them trade to Hawaii, Tahiti, etc. Most likely you will finale up with Beaver Falls every year or Palm Springs within August.

3. If you have kids, product sure the timeshare has a kitchen that you can cook and guzzle in. Otherwise, don't buy it.

Hope this help and hope I get the ten points.

where on earth online i can carry instant decision on current accounts why is it so thorny to achieve debit card/cheque book?

Question:would like to cash banks and switch to online dune can get benefits remunerated into and hav a debit card and or cheque book no direct debit return charges and temporary 50/100 overdraft services regular weekly deposits paid within so any overdraft could easily be covered

Answers:
If you enjoy significant overdraft charges with your wall you may have trouble moving bank. Banks report this information andnit may even hurt your credit score. Most bank today have online services but if you don't hold money in your tale you will have like type of problem with that statement. Too many overdrafts and a hill might ask you to close your account. I solved that problem a long time ago. I built up a $200 buffer to be exact not figured into my checkbook, so if I run over for a time the buffer handles it and I put subsidise the money with my subsequent deposit. It works well for me.

Other Answers:
Instead of moving your justification why don't you clean up your perform. That way you won't hold to be part of the underground cutback.

I obligation Help! My husband mail rotten our bills next to the wrong checks. The tale on these checks is closed.?

You should contact the places you mail payment to and see if they can contribute some help. Let them know the tale has be closed and that they were mail in error. I want you the best of luck.

Other Answers:
call the companies and explain.

Try to contact the companies and offer a replacement giving since you are aware of the problem. They will charge a fee, probably $20 or $25 per check. Writing checks on a closed justification is also a criminal offense he may be prosecuted also.
Source(s):
ex-cop

If they be just mail, go to your local post organization and have them retrieve the correspondence. The post office can retrieve communication before it get delivered and within is no fee to do this.

If they deposit the checks and they bounce, they will charge a excise. Be proactive in calling respectively place to which he wrote a check. Ask them the best way to replace the check. If you are lucky, some will waive the excise.

Call your ridge immediately (when they open) and see if you can work something out so they can verbs the account to the correct one when those checks clear. Usually if something is truly a mistake, they will try to work beside you to resolve the problem, or possibly only charge you a small tax for the situation. If they don't, threaten to take your bank elsewhere...that may help if you are a polite banker nearby.

If they don't help, afterwards call the creditors and explain the situation. Many places set aside phone payments where you could produce the correct payment over the phone and they can a moment ago cancel the check specifically not a good picture. Good luck! Call the Bank and explain to them. Call everyone whom your
husband wrote the checks too. Just make sure you own the right checks filled out and on it's style. And yes you will be charged for NO FUNDS for each check made out.

enjoy a great deal of money to invest.who can i contact?

Question:

Answers:
If you are simply thinking about investing contained by the stock and bond markets, simply go to Fidelity and invest contained by mutual funds, preferably index funds. You can find index funds of large bonnet, mid cap, small hat, international, and bonds. These funds have the lowest costs and will grow along next to the market.

If you are thinking of valid estate and other investments, you may want to find an Financial Advisor to help you beside your decisions. Note that they commonly take a colossal cut of your income/trades/etc. so be wary of their fees.

Good luck!

Other Answers:
me
I ponder that you should find a well deserving charity within your area.
Go to Scott Trade and play near the stock market.
you should contact ME!i really don't enjoy an answer but i could not resist.well polite luck .
CALL GEORGE W. BUSH HE WILL PUT THE MONEY IN WAR BONDS FOR YOU
Talk to a financil advisor (Certified Financial Planner). But beware. Sometimes, their pay is base on your investments (commission) which can make them biased. Make sure their direction is independent of where you put your money.
You really enjoy two choices and what you do really depends on how much money you consider a lot
1) contact a company resembling morgan stanley or other investment firm and get someone within to handle your story. Usually they charge something like a 2% per year charge, but you won't get much personal service unless you are conversation an account over 100k. If you one and only have resembling 10 k to invest that 2% a year hurts more and usually they will just throw you within some auto rebalancing fund and not pay attention to your statement.

2) Get an account at a place similar to E-trade or scottrade. This is a better choice for accounts that are smaller. Here you have to do rather more work on your own. Some of the discount brokerages have fincial consultants on site who can work near you and offer investment suggestions. I am not sure how perfect their advise is, but if you are a complete newbie to investing it might be a dutiful place to start. Sometimes that advice is free, other places you hold to pay more per trade to enjoy a fund advisor (like Banc of america investments) If you don't want to do your own investing, but don't want to be a true day trader where on earth you got to find stocks and ETF's to invest within, I would recommend getting something like the issue of Forbes that ranks adjectives the different mutual funds. You can compare that to the morningstar ratings of the funds (which can be seen within Yahoo finance) and then breed picks based upon how biddable the fund is and where your money would be invested. I did that 2 years ago next to a small inheritance I got and picked 4 funds covering considerable and small companies, US and international companies, growth and income and right now I am pulling give or take a few a 20% profit. It did require about a year of research though of going through Forbes, picking what I liked and afterwards going online and seeing if other ratings conformed. If you are also very exotic to investing I have found the Motley fool (www.motleyfool.com) have some good resources for explanations and such as to what everything is. Also other reinvest your dividends, that is a briskly way to increase your portfolio's expediency. You can also just invest surrounded by index mutual fund. Personally I am not a fan of it simply cause I estimate you loose out on a lot of the opening for profit, but it is the easy route to invest.
Keep in mind near mutual funds, that depending on where you bring an account you can also be charged extra trading fees if you hold the fund smaller amount than 90 days, 6 months or 12 months. Mutual funds are not meant for daytime traders and as such you are "penalized" if you treat them as such. Plus your profit is charged as a short term gain for tariff purposes if you hold the fund for less than a year. Over a year it is considered a long occupancy gain for tax purposes.

* You can also invest surrounded by some place like fidelity but that usually precincts what securities you can invest in. Personally I am also not a supporter of fidelity fund. They are run usually by only one commissioner and if that manager leaves the fund to be in motion to greener pastures you can return with screwed. Happened to me, manager gone the fund I had, it dropped over 70%, still hasn't recovered and this be like 4 years ago.
you may contact me, but it depends on which state you reside.
