I was have a conversation with a youthful man the other day and the discussion be in regard to real estate. He be saying that a colleague of his have applied for a loan to develop a sub-division. The loan would be completely financed by the bank, but the loan'ee would enjoy to do all the work, contacting engineers, contractors, architechs, finding the house, hiring a broker, management company and adjectives, even down to the picking out the interior for the project. So yes everything, and if you fell to go through near the project you would lose nothing, the lend bank would of late recover that come to rest and continue on near the project without you, thus you enjoy did the hard constituent for, they just public sale the lots if you havent built (or the land if you havent built) thus they collect adjectives profits and no profits are do to the loan'ee.
my question to you is, does anybody know of a wall that finances this type of project, or any program that does...

No that guy be crazy there is no sandbank that is going to bestow a normal young at heart man millions of dollars for a project that he has nought invested in. i do territory development and no sandbank would ever do this with a soul that has no experience.
