So, I have some discussion in the region of business ethic with my father, and it seem that we have some disagreement almost this case described below :
Lets A be the father of B, who rent a shop from someone call C. A had rented C's place for a long time, for his restaurant. After the ruin of an annual rental term, C want to bring to the fore the rental price, but A disagree, and want to pay the usual rental price. Then B, who is the son of A, said that he is feeling like to pay the rental price that C want. So C present the place to B, which enraged A.
I reason it is natural that relatives will give the place for you if you are liable to pay difficult rental price, and it is the highest bidder the one who usually win.
So I muse B is not wrong at all, this is a average business practice, you pay more, and you won the accord. After all, this ensue after the rental term is over. If A still want to bring the place, he is always kindness to bid higher.
Answers: From a business nouns point of view, B did nought wrong. What B did wrong was a familial nouns issue. What was B's motivation for outbidding his/her father? A legal business or they knew it would torque the father? Also B probably have some insider information about the transaction that they may enjoy used inappropriately.
good luck!
