u see these owners saying yes! my house have double in 2 yrs, or my house have appreciate $300k in 1 yr! what they dont realize is this is appraisal from valid estate broker and real estate aint rocket science, i sometimes discern these brokers just grasp number from the thin nouns! i dont know y these brokers have to tale? maybe they are on a tv show or what etc. contained by the mean time, most of the brokers on the show even said the concrete estate market have gone down and there are alot of inventories contained by the market right immediately. so u know they didnt film these shows similar to 3-4 yrs ago. it is film within the current housing market.
so next to that being said, i don't know to quality sorry for these owner or laugh at them. when they put their property on the marketplace and realize that it is worth way path way smaller amount than in today bazaar, they would come to a rude awakening. at least when these brokers enlighten them their paper gain on the property plus that they were at most minuscule happy for a few minutes...lol.

I watch that show newly to see if the agents are going to be honest with the homeowners or not. You're right, the lone data the agents use are comparables within the neighborhood. They are NOT appraisals. Just guesstamites. After having improvements done to your home, it is worthless to ask an agent how much it's worth. They own no clue. the prices of homes have be coming down over the last couple years, thus the value of your home is coming down as very well. We have associates selling below their city assessment in my nouns, then you enjoy people selling beside a slight profit. Anybody who's trying to sell that bought their home surrounded by the last couple of years is really desperate off.
