Problems next to proprietor! what should i do? || have need of help out!?

so heres the story:

we live in this apartment for 2 years very soon everythign was fine until february of '08
she( the innkeeper ) beg us to give a hand her with this house
verbs,take out the refuse,shovel the snow in the winter etc.. but we have enough
she bought this house within july '07
she was living here for 7 month consequently she moved out to her apartment
so we were manner and polite to her so we were taking strictness of the house
last month she come for rent ( we pay 1150 $) and my father told her tha we no longer will purloin the whole responsability if she wouldnt lower our rent
she get really mad she started yell some bullsh*t
and she told that the if we will not do what she asked us ot do she will raise the rent to 1400$
yesterday my father told her that we will be moving out exact noone will pay that much for 2 bedroom apartment
ans she told us that she wont pass us our deposit back

no we dont hold any ideawhat to do yesterday was april 7th so she be a whole month to find someone for

Answers:    IF you enjoy no written lease, you have a valid month-to-month rental agreement. She have to give you 30 days thought of any rent increase and you have to administer her 30 days notice of you moving out. This technique 30 days BEFORE the due date of rent, so if rent is due April 1, that means by March 1 giving catch sight of. Preferably any such notices should be surrounded by writing. It is not uncommon for tenant in twoflats to hold responsibility for taking out garbage and snow shoveling. It is not odd for BOTH tenants to hold to share these duties--with no change contained by rent, or for one to receive lower rent for doing these duties.

NOT at all clear what your serious newspaper is about, but it is proof for you that you compensated the deposit and that she is obligated to return it. she has no right to do that, if you make a contribution her a months notice she have to give you your deposit hindmost. That happend me since and she said she wouldn't give me fund my deposit so i just moved out and didn't recompense her 2 weeks rent. Don't let her win - know your rights.

Hard to grasp to the basic facts: But it sounds approaching you had a choral agreement, if so state statute will place your tenancy as a month to month, if my assumption is correct, later you must give a full month sense to move, if you do not, then you are responsible for the subsequent month rent

So in your armour if you did not give proper sense, then the hotelier can use your security deposit for subsequent month rent, even if you left the section

If you gave proper sense to leave, took pictures to document the condition of the rental, and the manager fails to return adjectives or part of the deposit contained by a timely manner, you would own a cause of conduct against the landlord
The situation that you are surrounded by requires legal counsel if you really want to bring your deposit back. In some cases you wouldn't enjoy to go as far as the courtroom, but you will enjoy to take legitimate action if the manager refuses to return your deposit and does not grant you proper notice and proof as to why.
