Answers: You might have to manufacture a written request - via "snail mail" - to the Codes Office or Licenses & Inspections Office in the municipality where on earth the property is located.
Ususally phone calls and e-mails don't work. Personally going to the municipal buidong usually isn't successful any.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Ask whomever inspected the building. If you be home when your apt was inspected, usually the inspector make comments as to what is wrong. So if there be repairs needed in your apt, next the landlord usually have 30 days to fix the problems to get his license renewed. If your repairs arent done by next, he doesnt get his license and he get fined. The only means of access you would have to move is if the building be condemned and the city would notify you that you x amount of days to move. They do not have to administer you 30 days notice, they can bequeath you 7 days to move, because your safety is at risk. Otherwise dont verbs about it. Even if your apt is ok and others are not, that doesnt effect you living in attendance.
