I am writing this because my family and I enjoy become victims of foreclosure. I feel that we be not given all of the option that were suppose to be given. We be shrugged off every time we tried to phone call and we were solely given two options- pay past its sell-by date the entire amount all at once or build two monthly payments. The bank technically still owns the house. We singular have a little to find a way to keep hold of our house. We can afford the mortgage now but the ridge says the solely way to do this is to own someone buy the house for us. I am praying that there is some opening to help us. Like I said, we can afford the mortgage gift but when the rate adjusted surrounded by addition to the added amount of the put money on owed amount, we could not handle it. Please back us save our house!
I hold a loving husband of 9 years and 2 beautiful children. We sadly have become a statistic contained by this sub prime disaster. When we first bought our house, we were beside a company that was a touch more foregiving than the one we were near now. A little over a year ago, we go to refiance and the broker told us that he had us approved and that at hand were a couple of things to bring care of but not to verbs, we would close within 2 weeks. Well, the two weeks come and went, but we be reassured not to verbs. At the same time we have costly things around the house that needed repair, so that is what we did beside our mortgage payment that month because we be refinancing anyways. Well, the expenses added up and now three months have gone by. Meanwhile we were told still not to worry- he be going to be away for a week and as soon as he got fund we would wrap this up. Well, I did not hear from him, so I called to find out that he no longer worked in attendance and that there be never any file started for us. So at this point, we go on a payment arrangement near the mortgage company. Our mortgage adjusted and get to a point that we could not afford that payment. I tried calling the representative handling our casing. I left her message after message and never received a call upon back. Finally I be able to find out who be assigned to our case. He deeply gave us no likelihood that they did all that they could. So we hired a foreclosure company that be speaking to Chase on our behalf. He told us that if we can get approved for refinace we would bring back our house back. So i.e. what we did, we are approved for a refiance and then found out that he never contacted Chase on our behalf. Chase refuse to let us refiance because the house is contained by the banks cross. We only own a week before man evicted. PLEASE HELP US!
