I am considering moving to Philly..What are the pro's n con's. I have never be there but a moment ago want to start over somewhere.i've been researching and job seem biddable...rent seems polite? whats the downside though..

Pros: Philly cheese steak, heaven surrounded by a bun. Some of the best variety of great food you will ever own outside of NY and LA. Classic architecture. The waterfront area is lovely. Lots of historical spots, museums and such. Pro sports. Shopping. Proximity to Atlantic City if you close to the bright lights. Every major concert tour will be within Philly, or somewhere close.
Cons: Some really run down areas, basically slums. Big drug problem, and the subsequent property crimes.
