Please volunteer any proposal on how to procure my house SOLD?

I had my house down last year beside an agent from Jan-July, had 3 showings adjectives that time. Then we put it up for sale by owner surrounded by the Fall, had 1 showing. We other got apt feedback, just that the home is on a fundamental road, but it's also on a nice lake.

We enjoy now relisted it for a really fitting deal, and we are liable to walk away from closing next to nothing to verbs.

Do you have any philosophy of how I can get this house sold, or construct the main road own a lesser impact? Aside from purely waiting?

You need to variety sure you have a obedient realtor who advertises, holds unfold houses and has priced your house competitively on the bazaar. Is your house at or above the current listings and solds in the nouns. I would suggest pricing it $5000 below.

The easiest way to receive a house SOLD is to lower the price. Often time sellers hold an overinflated view of the importance of the house which make a settlement with a buyer, who habitually have an underinflated belief of the value of the house difficult.
