I am currently renting and obviously hold heard the home prices and sale have dropped dramatically the end few months. How can I find out about my region specifically, i.e. prices and values of homes?
Are near websites or anywhere else where I can carry this information?
I know in standard in the U.S. foreclosures are up, especially surrounded by Detroit and Florida, but what about CT?
Any assist wold be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in credit!
Answers: Try these options:
www.zillow.com
Yahoo authentic estate values
Bank of America - go to home equity loans and the home pro search.
These are adjectives based on recent comps and do emulate close to what a home will now appraise for.
No CT have not really been artificial yet... a short time ago look at local listing and maintain track of what is selling for what and what is staying the market and how much prices are dropping.
I live within PA and nothing around us is dropping unless it's a 800,000 home and the hill will take 650,000.00. But the conventional homes are staying the same. you won't find appropriate information in the crises this country is surrounded by as of now. homes that be of a good investment contained by different areas have lost their true expediency..example:homes in water front areas being vacate because of high payments enjoy listed these homes by the bank because of over value estimates are starting to see authenticity...$300,000 home lake front vacate homes in that nouns decline
