very expensive litigation, near very low probability of nouns, but without knowing the facts you may hold a cause for performance
I would not go next to any Joe Schmoe you find off the internet. Ask your family/friends contained by the area who they used and be happy beside and go near him/her.
Also, I don't know your EXACT story but if you signed the papers for a negative ammortization adjustable rate mortgage and enjoy been making payments for more than 6 months, it is exceedingly hard to win that tussle in court (10 of my friends/clients tried) unless you own falsified mortgage docs from the broker/bank who 'threw' you into the loan from day 1.
I would recommend a loan modification through your bank loss mitigation department. Here is a list of loss mitigation numbers for most lenders.

This is the only company I enjoy found that is a reputable loss mitagition company that WONT charge anything upfront. they will simply charge you IF THEY CAN HELP,... unlike those other companies requesting anywhere from $18OO-2500.00 UPFRONT, yet they cant gareentee they can really lend a hand.. ALMA cant either but at most minuscule they dont charge unless they do help.
