regarding refinancing my home?...i go through the process to refinance our house and we turned in adjectives the information they asked for and now we be supposed to wait for their finalization/confirmation we have been official but its been more than a month already...im trying to contact the florida department for bank of america, the personality im supposed to contact never answers thier phone and there is not an way out to leave a message, i also tried to check my vindication status online but it says it is not available.so is this middle-of-the-road? why did it happen? who else can i contact? how can i find someone else to oblige?

I freshly refinanced with well fargo - I did it in December - and they are in a minute just sending me the stuff - within april - it took 4 months - they did not call me during this time - or anything resembling that - they were 'apparently' working on it. I have just refinanced within July - so, they were within no hurry I guess. So, just supply it time since you are only refinancing - and don't in reality need a loan to bring the house. with the mortgage crisis - I am assuming they are busy near other stuff - that was my reasoning.

That sounds like trouble. By the channel, do you have copies of those documents? I hope you do. One piece that you can do is to continue calling the lenders or you can abolish it and look for another who will be able to impart you prompt services.
