Where can I find information in relation to my rights as a tenant within Colorado?

The problem I am having is that the overhead buoyant does not work and an electrician has said that the entire element will have to be replaced. My property guidance company has said that they are not competent to get ahold of the owner of my condo and so they will not fix it. The wispy has not worked since we moved contained by but we were unmindful that it did not work because we rented the place sight unseen. The night light is a big deal because we own extremely high ceiling (2 story condo) and we don't find a lot of organic ight and the floor lamp is merely not cutting it.

Answers:    You can prod all the state statute you approaching in CO, even try the state AG bureau web site, but the one single insubstantial, where ever it is located, that desires to completely be rewired versus adding some lights is not only just cause/ material breach of the lease
LOL..you're asking nearly a non-working light within a condo?

Please. Go out and buy yourself some cheap lamps to fulfill your lighting wants until (and if) it's replaced. Do you have a complaint ? Sure, but nought that is worthy of trying to lodge a complaint next to a state agency. They will literally laugh you rotten the premises.
