for the letter i sent i maintain always the tally.
This was is for the month of pageant and now i convey the post with the cheque for april.
is near a time when he can take the cheques or what?
i do not take in.why he did not take the cheque for demonstration.

Answers: A check is usually good for 1 year from the date that it is written. If you are concerned only call or distribute a note beside your next rental compensation asking if he got the March rent. If he have not received the rent he probably would have call you. Most likely he have just not cashed the check but.
He may have misplaced the check, or newly hasn't gotten around to depositing it.
Contact him and let him know it hasn't be deposited.
