I am asking because the landlord we have has given us a frozen time ever since we told her we we're moving out and now she doesn't want to grant us our deposit ($800.00) when we left everything verbs (took pictures to prove) nothing be broken, even had the hearth rug cleaned. she's telling us she requirements us to paint the inside of house but it wasn't even painted when we 1st moved in and there's no source to paint it ( no holes in wall or anything). she's be doing stuff illegally so i want to report her to department of housing. But i want to know if a stove is illegitimate in a garage? appreciation for your answers
