Hello. I have a client that rented out properties. One of these properties, she be forced to evict the tenant. The eviction is complete but she spent a lot of money restoring the home so it is liveable in. There is a name for this type of armour in California to describe damages after an eviction and you are suing the ex-tenant for the damages and support rent. I have forgotten what it is call. Please tell me. Thanks.
Answers: Don't remember CA canon, but in Oregon would require the owner to sue contained by Small Claims Court or normal court depending on the amount involved. Also best own a lot of pictures and witnesses to who cause the damage and when.
