From 03/30/07 till couple of days ago I would of late let everything she said or did step in 1 ear out the other simply out of respect for her b/f glen cause he be my b/f's best friend up till a few days ago, she's a straight up ***** to everyone. Well now since she know that i'm not scared of her, that I wont bring know **** off her. She's gonna try to **** me around on my table lamp bill. Our lease is up on 03/30/08 but the last bill doesn't come out until May sometime. But after 03/30/08 I wont be speaken to them so what can I do to produce sure I get my money from them?

Answers:    You find their share now of an estimated bill (based on previous usage) or get hold of a forwarding address and send them a certified, return unloading letter beside a copy of the bill and request their share.

If they don't pay, you could later take them to small claims court. But you really will necessitate a paper trail.

By the instrument, just how antiquated is this guy that has a 16 year frail living with him? In greatly of states he would find himself in reformatory. And in the adjectives, it would be a good notion not to share an apartment with a guy shacking up next to a minor. You could be held responsible.
You could always ask for some reserve funds, conceivably $200, & use that to pay his partly of all the final utility bills that will float contained by after you vacate. (you will probably have more than a final power bill, resembling cable TV, phone, DSL, etc?)

Depending on who paid the damage/security deposit, if in attendance was one & what condition the component is in when you vacate, you could use those funds to reimburse the closing utility bills also.

Then split the remaining funds, if any, between you & Glen. Make sure to make copies of the closing bills & distribute him a set, then he should not hold any problem seeing you kept things equal.
