Property press...?

My husband and I a have a lease to own agreement w/ our proprietor. The previous tenant was atleast 4 months at the rear on payments and left 10 cars within the backyard. Our landlord said that since the guy owed him so much money and he disappeared all his property here, he be going to take it until the previous tenant remunerated him back. One of the things he moved out was a shed. The tenant told us the shed is ours, now. <Considering that this stuff have been here for 6 month or rather longer> Today, a guy came to our door and said the shed within the back is his and he desires it back. He say the last tenant bought it from him, but never salaried for it. Does he have any right to pocket it back after adjectives this time? Do you think this is a sneaky track for the last guy who lived here to find his shed back? I chew over it's odd that the week we finally start to clear his things out < 6 months> of the shed, someone comes to the door saw they are going to take it.

Answers:    The shed is the landlords as possession is 90 % proof. If not consequently the person wanting the shed must prove ownership, and also repay storage. If he tries to take the element, he needs a court demand, Unless the police decide to contribute it to him... Anything left 30 days on property is no longer the previous owners.. My lease say anything left aft at end of lease is forever cast off, whether be a dime or diamond ring. It works for me..and my lease has stood up surrounded by court.
call the sheriff & notigy them that someone may try to thieve the shed
and contact your landlord, they will own to deal near these people not you
