Where can you report a slipshod, irresponsible realtor contained by washington state?

A realtor advise us to enjoy our home rented while waiting for buyer, realtor got tenant into our home but one-time to get full 1st month rent nor protection deposit, failed to do move-in inspection beside tenant. Now tenant refuse to take-home pay rent and refuse to sign out house becasue they have a 12 month contact. Refuse to pay packet utility bills, demanded we remodel bathroom worth $9,000.00.

Answers:    You need to conduct yourself decisively, seize a good legal representative, tenants cannot avail for the RLTA repairs of house if they are not current on their rent. Sue your valid estate agent for negligence. Garnish payments from Tenant as well. GOOD LUCK!
First, not adjectives real estate agents are Realtors... If your agent belongs to the Board of Realtors (pays an annual membership), afterwards they are a Realtor & you can call the Board of Realtors. Your county would dictate which organization to call. Try googling "your county board realtors"

If your agent is not a appendage of the Board of Realtor, you should either want a real estate attorney or contact the Washington State Department of Real Estate Licensing. http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/realestat...
